Rooms: Legit filthy and the smell of a thrift store THROUGHOUT! (Even the chicks at the front smelled musty AF) After waiting 40 mins after check in for my reserved room to be "cleaned & ready" we walked into pet hair on the bed! along with dust and dander on tables, food crumbs on counter & floor, dirty & sticky microwave. I immediately went to the front desk and asked for a reclean Miranda went and had a private 5 min convo with a hidden manager LeeLee while I stood there and my husband was in the room, Miranda came back and told me "the manager (LeeLee) already inspected the room and it was fine" ..... I called my husband from the desk and we checked TF out right then. I reported to IHG properties. STAY AT HILTON GARDEN INN MILWAUKEE AIRPORT it was ? CLEAN, comfortable, spacious, had zero smell THROUGHOUT ? and everything a hotel should have!

Our experience at Staybridge Milwaukee was unfortunately disappointing. While we typically enjoy Staybridge hotels for their friendly staff and social meet-ups, this particular location was an exception. While the front desk staff were pleasant, the behavior of the manager was unacceptable. Their unfriendly demeanor was so off-putting that we made the decision to cancel our reservation on the spot and find accommodations elsewhere. It's incredibly disappointing to have had such a negative encounter at this location, and we hope management takes steps to improve the overall guest experience.

Very disappointed with the customer service I received from the hotel. Prior to working my night shift as a nurse at a nearby hospital during the recent snowstorm I called the hotel seeking accommodations for when I got off my 12 hour shift. I was told that the facility could accommodate my lodging request with an early morning check in and that they had room availability. The next morning I called to verify before driving in the unsafe road conditions to verify the room was still available and they could accommodate an early check in. I was told by another employee that the manager would need to approve an early check in. So I asked to speak with manager the employee stated that she would be in at 9 am or later due to bad road conditions. I then asked if he could call the manager to which he replied no.This is very disheartening as a nurse who is traveling to take care of sick patients in your community. As I was left stranded in severe weather due to poor communication between staff members. I had reached out to corporate, they claimed they sent a direct message to the manager of the hotel I never received a callback.Safety: Not accommodating to needs during dangerous road conditions due to snowstorm.

Nice hotel nice rooms, the only bad thing is the cleaning people should really clean out the kitchen cabinets as there was a live bug under a glass in the cabinet and the dishes were dirty, needless to say we did not use any dishes in our stay.Other then that the room was clean and nice.

The staff has been great. The apartments are good, getting a bit older looking, but the public areas are fantastic. The dining areas, lounges, pool, outside area… Beautiful. Definitely worthwhile staying here. The breakfast is fantastic, very traditional items (except no French toast). I do wish the breakfast hours were extended a little longer as I am one guest who works late and does not get up early. I also wish they would provide you with some information as to how the basics of residing there work…, laundry, Pool hours, breakfast hours, putting in a maintenance request, cleaning, schedules, etc. This is definitely a place worthwhile to check out and stay. One of the better hotels I have stayed at.

Back doors broken so safety of guests was compromised anyone culd walk in. Hot tub and pool were closed entire time. Room had so many broken furniture and messed up lighting. 3 flickering lights in room, broken faucet, rusty can opener, utensil drawer with dried up shredded cheese, a hair on the fridge, a broken outlet, 2/3 broken keys, no coffee in the room, tape on the ceiling, furniture was hard like rock, bonfire pit was not working. We told the front door attendants who were never at their desk, three different times three different days that the back door was broken and u culd walk in without a key, Noone cared. Elevator smelled like weed which wouldn't have been an issue except they say no smoking. They say be quiet after 10 but rules that aren't enforced are meaningless- loud thuds bangs and yells all throughout the night. Never brought new towels. Breakfast was actually very good and free- lots n lots of fresh and cooked varieties to chose from. No trays. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. I had a great night's rest. There was a large open area of the ceiling in the hallways with exposed pipes and wires, shotty paint job. Outdated lighting and fixtures. For the price I would not returnSafety: See my review they don't care that the backdoor is broken anyone can walk in without a key

Really nice room. Love the Dove in the bathroom. Had free appetizers (meatballs, egg rolls and spicy slaw) along with free draft beers and/or pop from 5-7 in the lobby. Nice bonus. Patio was nice even had grills outside.

We booked at 4 night stay. We did a late check-in and arrived at 9pm. We were put into a room with a A/C unit and a portable A/C unit. We questioned the front desk person and she was helpful. We said we would spend the night in the room. We left for about 2 hours and arrived back to our room with the floor soaking wet from the portable A/C unit. The front desk lady put us into a new room. That was just the beginning of our troubles.- water damage on walls near the shower- poor installation of faucet in the bathroom.- soda machine broken for breakfast buffet.- one night we arrived late and our key cards didn't work and had to get them fixed.- we asked for a late check out at the front desk. No one informed the cleaning lady and she knocked on our door.- we called the front desk for fresh towels. We were told to find the cleaning lady because she was on our floor or go down to the front desk. We found the cleaning lady and when we went back to our room we found that she only gave us hand towels.Staff was friendly overall but we wouldn't book here again.

Very tasty yogurt with fruits, lots of different sodas, coffee with syrups. They have hours 3 days a week with amazing snacks as a full dinner and free beer/wineRooms: The rooms are in good condition like all popular hotels 3 starsSafety: The recreation area is located in the courtyard, far from the roadFood & drinks: Delicious happy hours

This is an average hotel. Older doors, closets, carpets, and fixtures. Clean but in a sort of loud area (at least the side of building I resided). While front desk is friendly, they are not good at communicating to other shifts. I had to ask 3 days in a row to get sheets changed. Also, no problem with dogs but a couple of dogs barking late into the morning multiple days in a row.Pros: free laundry, pool, kitchenette, good size rooms. Free happy hour Mon thru Wed, near to stores, shops, and restaurants/bars.

Over-priced, dirty hotel with apparent transients staying in the hotel. How do they pay the prices I do..? Two nights ran over $450...Litter and trash were not picked up, even laying in the hotel front doorway...Would not recommend.

Nice place to stay the night or even several days. The rooms are nice and extremely comfortable and clean. The only areas that need to be worked on in my opinion is the landscape and lawn care. The other issue was that several employees that are NOT handicapped would use the handicap parking spaces as their own private parking spots. It may not be a problem most of the time, but when you have about 10 or 15 Disabled Veterans staying at your hotel for several days, maybe you should rethink doing this.Rooms: Very clean and comfortable.Food & drinks: Really good breakfast and friendly front counter employees.Noteworthy details: Reevaluate the use of handicap parking spaces by individual employees that are NOT handicapped at all

Some of the staff are nice and some are very weird. While staying there for 1 night we experienced one of the “new” housekeeping workers coming into our room without us being in there and 3 of our things are suddenly missing. We had phone chargers and money. Some how my purse was touched and wallet was out of my purse. I wouldn’t recommend leaving your room without bringing your personal items. The food was decent and the pool was nice. They need new responsible house keeping workers and need to fire the thieves.

Please look at the photos before booking as the photos online had to been edited or are 30 years old.Do not book through IHG you can book through Priceline for 80/night rather than 160 / night and IHG does not honor their price match guarantee. Even as a platinum elite member. The people were kind and make the stay bearable considering the facilities were dilapidated.the facilities were not worthy of a three star rating / they were worn down and lacked any and all necessary maintenance. Especially the gross jacuzzi with algae on it.The food was hit or miss - warm food but tasted like everything was over microwaved.Rooms: The rooms were worn the doors to enter needed painted they were debrief and chipped every where. The shower curtain was ripped in 10 different places and needed replaced. The shower shampoo condition and soap were empty and not refilledThe aC/heating unit didn’t not work efficientlyWas originally provided a room that was occupied. The bed was comfortable.Food & drinks: The women who hosted the happy hour was a delight. She was so friendly and helped every guest she encountered so politely.Noteworthy details: The jacuzzi was gross it had scrim / algae laying in the top and you couldn’t see into it clearly with the green / blue water color rather than clearly chlorinated. Disgusting. The towels in the pool area were as a big as a hand towel - so take some from your room if you’re not younger than 3. Assuming you want to go in the unmaintened pond water of the indoor swimming world. There were antibac stations outside of the elevators on every floor the photos are what they looked like - disgusting as well.

Had to stay here 3 weeks in a row for work. The beds are lumpy, the pillows are flat, hot water was hit or miss. Staff does nothing when you complain that the room above you is dropping heavy stuff on the floor and it makes your room shake at all hours of the night!! The "heated pool" is ice cold. I strongly recommend you bring strong cleaning supplies if you plan to use the dishes, cookware, silverware and coffee pot. Had 3 different rooms over my 3 week stays and there was stuck on food and grime on everything and the coffee pot was filled with dried grounds and had dust buildup on the top, invested in a small Keurig while I was here. The breakfast food was hit or miss.
