Went in with an issue with one of my devices and account that the over the phone service could not handle. Keisha and VJ were there for me and got everything taken care of. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve had thus far with T-Mobile. I am considering picking up a few more lines for my company however only because of these two wonderful employees. Thank You and I hope this trickles up to their supervisors and they are adequately compensated for being an amazing part of T-Mobile

We have had many rough experiences at other stores , this was definitely not the case this time at South 27th.First off- Anthony is the best. He was so helpful and personable and did everything in his power to give us the best experience here , crunched numbers, cleaned my husbands charging port so it worked again, got us switched to a cheaper plan , I mean.. he did ALL THE THINGS RIGHT to give us a good experience. And this was the day before Christmas Eve no less. THANK YOU ANTHONY!Also!!! Keisha was so sweet and helpful too- very welcoming and charming and Jordan helped us too and made sure Anthony was making us aware of all promotions available to us. THANK YOU TO THIS TEAM OF 3 for the VERY BEST experience we’ve ever had at a T-mobile.

The customer service Anthony provided was outstanding! He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Our son had his phone stolen and Anthony helped us activate a new phone with no hassle. I was dreading going to the store to have this done. I have visited other T-Mobile stores in the past and none provided such excellent service. In the future, I will go out of my way to go to this store. Keep up the great work Anthony.

Jordan was exceptional. I have gone to several T-Mobiles as a previous Sprint customer with a specific problem and it's been extremely frustrating and he got it fixed!! Very friendly and informative.

If I could give 0 stars ,I would. We walked in today to upgrade our phones. Did that get done? Nope. The staff was so unbelievably rude. The guy with the roman noodle colored hair/pattern and bald patch in front, specifically. Clearly he didn’t know what he was doing. He was very meek and short on his answer. Why be in customer service if you hate it? He couldn’t answer our questions when asking him about the differences in the iphones, he acted as if we were a bother. Then when we finally picked out the phones, he quoted us at 200 dollars for our bill. How did our bill increase by 70 dollars when we traded in the our original iphones getting 830 off of each one? Make it make sense. On top of that he wanted us to pay 300 in taxes up front! Really? We told him no, we will go to another store. My husband told him have a good day ,which he didn’t reply back to or anything. Rude. Upon leaving a different store, our bill increased by 11 dollars only and our taxes were only 100 dollars for both phones together. Previous guy needs to be fired.

The person who served me this morning, his name is Kyle, was rude. I arrived to change my screen protector, which is included in my plan, and he put something that I didn't ask for. When I told him that this was not what I wanted, he told me that he did not have what I wanted, and that he could not help me. I told him, if he could help me, and he said no, I said, if he could see, if another store had what I needed, and he said no. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Don’t come to this store EVER!

The employee at counter didn't help me at all. I want to upgrade my phone, he told me called "1800-t-mobile number and blah blah blah blah." Which that employee was too lazy to help me. And he was super unprofessional with his work and nothing but disrespect from him.So I went another T mobile store and they really help me upgraded my phone and I am super happy with the experience and the employee really helped me.

Just stopped in to get a line added to our account, the store employee looked like he was sleeping with his head on the table, did not greet us when we walked in, and acted like we were a bother. He gave me only word answers to my questions, and was not communicative during the brief interaction. We will not be visiting this location again.
