This Target is my Go To! Clean, always well stocked, the staff is generous and prompt the best they can. You can find what your looking for without much issue. Everything's organized and straightforward. There seasonal change up is on time with clothes and goods. School supplies is plentiful. The Gerocery Department is very fruitful. Both Freezer and none frozen items are well luxury, and there always up for the new stuff! Either way, I cannot complain. Its a very Good Target Branch to shop at.

This target has scammers walking around trying to get you to buy their cart. Don't do it, they'll return it at a different store and pocket the cash

Great products, excellent customer service at the Franklin Target
The online system is also easy to use, and the employees involved with those purchases excell at it. I recommend trying the Franklin Target, you won't be disappointed.

A self service register was acting weird and my boyfriend tried swiping two different cards and put in a $10 bill that at first the machine wasn’t registering and kept showing error messages. When someone did come over to help we were told that the loss prevention person didn’t see him put in any cash so they essentially took $10 from him and refused to help us any further. I guess they wouldn’t look at the cameras and just took loss prevention’s word over ours.

I don’t expect to wait 10 minutes for a return when there were few customers in the store early. To the rude older lady in the only open check out, you need to be retrained on how to problem solve instead of deflect and reply with I can’t help you. At least point the next person in the right direction

Target in Franklin, Wi. is my favorite store to shop. Josh at the self checkout was friendly and helpful. Even through out the store I found employees helpful.

Giving this target 1 star because of an employee named ‘Mark’. I never had a bad experience at any target store until today. Target is usually known for their best customer service and professionalism. This person Mark lack both.

Why are the elderly people that shop here so hateful? They treat these poor workers horribly and get away with it. Target should offer more protection for their employees from those kind of people.
