Not a great company.. they are not at all communicative with companies that use them... we decided to go with a partner company and now have to pay extra for end of year reports.. which they have never given to me before unless I asked... maybe they should be more upfront with there customers.... I now have to Pay for reports that should have been sent to me????

So, after my tax person moved out of state late last year I needed to find another option. Staying local, believing in local business, I originally opted for another tax location, in Muskego. After 1 month of nothing done on my taxes and the owner telling me he needed "certain documents", all that I supplied weeks prior, I picked up and left with about 6 days left to file. I found Victory Creek in Franklin. Knowing I was way late, I told them my situation and previous horror story. I only asked for an extension and an appointment perhaps months out, as they were very busy, BUT they insisted I come in immediately to see what they could do! I was assigned to Aleshia. We met, I told her my story, probably included a few choice words about the other location, and she saw no issues with any of my paperwork AND I had them completed and filed before the deadline! Aleshia is great. She understood, she was not a "stuffy" tax person (sorry all other tax people), very relaxed and guaranteed the timeliness of her work. For me it was never about "money back or owed" it all is about the process. Go to Victory Creek, Ask for ALESHIA.

Victory creek accounting has been doing my business bookkeeping for almost a year. Tim and Cecilia are excellent to work with and provide a high quality service. They have not only helped me keep track of my business finances but have also helped me identify areas of my business that need improvement and offered suggestions on how to go about making those improvements. I would recommend victory creek to anyone that is in need of all types of accounting services.

Earlier this year, my business partner and I (who operate a S-Corp) decided it was time to hire an accountant. We chose Victory Creek because they have been involved in our Chamber of Commerce and we'd been using their great payroll service for a couple of years.Tim, Gary and Cecelia have been wonderful, taking extra time with us to help make improvements in our accounting and setting us up to succeed and grow with good practices in place. Throughout these past months, we've simplified our chart of accounts, improved efficiency in data entry and have better reports. They understand what we can do ourselves and they teach us so that we can avoid extra accounting costs when possible. In addition, they have advised us on our state of shareholders and owner equity.I highly recommend Victory Creek Accounting for any small business.
