  I had an amazing experience at this store in all departments. This included the photo kiosk, pharmacy, health products, and beauty department. Despite the never ending road construction, it is worth the trip. True kindness goes a long way these days.

  Attention Senior Citizens: Walgreens CHEATS seniors from not receiving their lower priced medications by not providing discounts they should receive from Wisconsin Senior Care!
  And to make matters worse, they won’t listen to complaints. The media is being alerted.

  Walgreens unwilling to ping doctor seeking refill for my teenage son. My college son and I get ours filled at Meijer in Oak Creek - all 3 of us have same med. Here’s a contrast difference, Meijer happily reached out to ask dr for refill. Go to Meijer for actual customer service.

  Clean & organized store. Friendly staff that knows where things are located in the aisles. Super helpful camera staff. Even the delivery guy was helpful grabbing items off the top shelf for me.

  This pharmacy is the worst. The pharmacist and her staff are so unprofessional. I have never had any issues with Walmart or other Walgreens until I had to fill out a prescription with this location. I called to make sure they had a medication available. They said yes. I transferred my prescription for that reason. Later I got a call that the med was reserved for someone else. Then I got an automated message stating it was ready for pick up. So I went there, I gave them a coupon to use, and said they had to call my doctor for a diagnosis. Why didn’t they do that before I got there? They said they called my doctor and no response. I know my doctors office is very responsive. I called my doc, they said Walgreens never called. My doctor said that they only needed my insurance card. I was never told that by the pharmacy, all insurance info is uploaded to the app. I called the pharmacy again, they said now they just need the coupon, they never gave me the coupon back. The pharmacist insisted that she gave it back to me. First I gave the coupon to one of the clerks there not the pharmacist and that clerk never gave it back. I have no choice but to fill out my prescription here since this is the only pharmacy that has it in stock but never again. Horrible pharmacy.

  NJ was absolutely fantastic! Great customer service, great energy and just really such a nice person! Also seemed extremely knowledgeable about the store and it’s products! I will definitely be returning because of this employee!!!!

  My child needed a controlled medication and I called to see if they had it in stock and they said yes so I had to call the doctor to call it back from the other Walgreens and then they set me a text it was out of stock and they “might”get it tomorrow. This is why I called in the first place. I don’t understand how they don’t get how frustrating it is for me the doctor and the school to give out bad information to there customers and not care.. There lack of effort and bad information snowballs and affects everyone. Do not believe the staff if they tell you they have controlled medication in stock. This is the second time they given me bad information. It is so frustrating!
