Each time I have used this pharmacy it’s always incorrect. The staff are rude and they have no idea what is going on. They’ve also messed up my families prescription orders. At this point it makes you wonder who the heck is working back in the pharmacy? If I could rate less than one star, just based on the interactions alone, I would.

Went there this evening through the drive thru and a person I have never seen here before was incompetently “working” and wouldn’t allow me to talk, instead yelled at us saying we need to come in, it’s windy… it was not windy, she is incompetent. So I just left and will be back when the normal, competent workers are working who can hear and aren’t rude. She should be working across the way at McDonald’s.

I renewed a prescription using their automated system. Seemed to work fine. When I get there they said they have no prescription for me, because the prescription I renewed isn't eligible for refill for 2 more days. I come back 4 days later and still no prescription, at which point I am told I have to go through the renewal process AFTER the date it is available for refilling. Why didn't they tell me that the first time? More importantly, why can't their automated system handle such a simple rule?
It is only going to get worse now that Walgreens has been bought out by a private equity company.

This Walgreens pharmacy is pathetic! A friend of mine has cancer and I have come here on four occasions to pick up a prescription for her and they keep telling me to come back the next day and they never have what they’re supposed to. I will be moving all of my prescriptions from this Walgreens

This place is ridiculous they are all in your conversation too much in your business instead of being a worker at the store I was denied to buy a card today because they’re too much in my conversation over the phone and told me they had to deny my service which I find it very funny then when I asked for someone that’s over the manager, . They don’t have no one over them. I feel like I was being discriminated

I love this Walgreens .Customer service you won’t find anywhere else . The employees greet you upon entering the store. Amy in photo provides exceptional personalized customer service. Her willingness to provide assistance is second to none . She greets my family by name and has assisted numerous times in locating my photo order when I accidentally send it it to another location. I highly recommend this Walgreens especially the photo department.

Been using this Walgreens for years. Only had one problem. Returned a BP monitor and received a gift card with my refund on it. When I used it, it only had $5 on it, not the $40 value of the BP monitor.Other than that, the service has been great.

Went to Walgreens yesterday wanted to purchase Dr Scholls shoe inserts. There was a $4 coupon that I needed to clip in the app and couldn’t find it. Went up to the counter for help and I want to add no other person in line or near us in the store so I asked the women behind the counter for help her response was “ we are not allowed to help customers with clipping coupons “ WHAT!?If this is in fact the new store policy it’s very sad!!

PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY: As someone who works in healthcare I understand being busy and not being able to tend to individuals as soon as you'd like to, HOWEVER good communication is what sets good establishments apart in these situations. I waited on hold for more than 10 minutes before a human being answered the phone to speak to me. Although the phone rolled over twice and someone had the opportunity to say something like "one moment we will be right with you" but instead they just answered and put me back on hold. And when the phone was answered, staff was not pleasant or helpful. Spoke to someone else about my experience and they stated that this is normal practice for this pharmacy. Do better Walgreens pharmacy staff... Recommendation, don't use this pharmacy. There's others out there and it's not worth the stress!
