Do not go to the pharmacy here. Very unkowledgable and made me drive back home to get my insurance card or I’d have to pay the full price when it’s usually already in there from the doctor. Also, why can’t I just show a photo on my phone?

Despite living less than 5 minutes from this location I drive more than 10 minutes down the road to the Greendale location. The store staff is fine but the pharmacy has disappointed me time and time again. Between needing to call to have my prescription that had already been sent to the pharmacy by my physician to actually be filled, being out of stock on prescriptions and other items sold only by the pharmacy, and the icing on the cake is being treated poorly by the pharmacist and staff who overall lacks professionalism at times. Not all Walgreens pharmacies are equal this one has disappointed me for years before I gave up on it and traveled to the next one.

Pharmacy took 4 days to partially fill my prescriptions.
I was supposed to get 30ct on one of the prescriptions and I ended up getting 90. Bottle said 30 qty
The other they gave me 5 of 90 and told me to come back on Monday after already waiting 4 days.
I will be going elsewhere. Horrible customer service on getting this resolved

The pharmacy never notify me when my prescription is ready and they take too long to fill it. I had to wait almost a week for prescription that was already approved by my insurance. They never got back to me and delayed it for an additional week. I like the store staff but I'm changing this location for prescription pickup.

Except for pharmacy issues, which is .....never quite sure when they are open. Their curbside pick up is outstanding

Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in the pharmacy dept. Was told my prescription was being "worked on" and when I politely asked when she thought it would be ready- I was told "When we are done working on it" and then I told her I had been waiting a month for prior authorization and really needed this prescription because it was approved and could I get an approx date- I was told "I don't know. Maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day". When it was finally ready for pick up (3 days later) I waited in line for over 20 mins to get it because they are so slow and don't give a crap. I'll be transferring my meds to a different Walgreens.

I tried to fill a prescription for my infant son. They said they would order it for the next day, and it would be ready in the morning. When I called in the afternoon to check on the status they said they still didn't have it in and also can't seem to get in. They didn't bother to call me and showed a complete lack of care or understanding for the situation. My son has been waiting two days now for an antibiotic. They act like it's no big deal to keep a baby waiting with an ear infection. Prescriptions aren't issued just for fun.

Manager on duty 6/11/23 at 4:21pm. Was absolutely not helpful nor polite. I work in customer service and have never seen such attitude. Will never return and will tell everyone I know. " the I am right attitude never wins".

The most disrespectful people you’ll meet. I was waiting in the line to get my son’s medicine and they closed the window when it was my turn, I talked to the manager but he refused to do anything and he said the pharmacy is closed now.
