Absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in the pharmacy dept. Was told my prescription was being "worked on" and when I politely asked when she thought it would be ready- I was told "When we are done working on it" and then I told her I had been waiting a month for prior authorization and really needed this prescription because it was approved and could I get an approx date- I was told "I don't know. Maybe tomorrow, maybe the next day". When it was finally ready for pick up (3 days later) I waited in line for over 20 mins to get it because they are so slow and don't give a crap. I'll be transferring my meds to a different Walgreens.

I tried to fill a prescription for my infant son. They said they would order it for the next day, and it would be ready in the morning. When I called in the afternoon to check on the status they said they still didn't have it in and also can't seem to get in. They didn't bother to call me and showed a complete lack of care or understanding for the situation. My son has been waiting two days now for an antibiotic. They act like it's no big deal to keep a baby waiting with an ear infection. Prescriptions aren't issued just for fun.

Manager on duty 6/11/23 at 4:21pm. Was absolutely not helpful nor polite. I work in customer service and have never seen such attitude. Will never return and will tell everyone I know. " the I am right attitude never wins".

The most disrespectful people you’ll meet. I was waiting in the line to get my son’s medicine and they closed the window when it was my turn, I talked to the manager but he refused to do anything and he said the pharmacy is closed now.

The website advertises walk in flu shots. I arrived at 4 and the pharmacy closes at 5. There was not another person in line or at the counter. I was the only one. I was refused service because “we don’t like to give flu shots in the last hour before closing, we’re swamped right now.” Uhm…when was the last time you went to an OPEN restaurant, business, etc that stops giving service an hour before close. Mind you it wasn’t 10 minutes before it was a FULL hour before close and this would’ve taken less than 5 minutes. I must have missed the memo that service is delivered not on the basis of the customer but on what is convenient for the staff. Who are currently on the clock getting paid to help customers. I will not be back to this location since who knows if service will be refused when the place is still open because it’s not convenient for the staff.

So grateful for Jennie in the pharmacy!! She has gone above & beyond to help me, for I have been unemployed for a few months, which has been a first for me & quite scary. Jennie has been able to find ways to cut costs for me so I can continue my medication!!Thank you JENNIE!!

Recieved my first dose of the covid vaccine today at this location. Staff was knowledgeable and professional. Jamie did a fantastic job! Didn't hurt at all ? Thanks so much!

Had these signs up statin 70% offand all this stuff together. I got up to the register and NOT ONE of my items rang up 70%. Was told I had spring items and the are not on sale for 70% off. the rest of the shelf was bare. Sale signs should only be in front of sale items. Don't mix items and then be rude when a customer questions the price and reason.

Pharmacy is very slow. Photo services have been good. The rest is a typical Walgreens.
