Whitnall Park Golf Course, established in 1932 and designed by George Hansen, is a popular and well-maintained golf course located in Milwaukee County’s largest park, covering 640 acres. The course features a challenging layout with 18 heavily wooded holes lined by large trees, offering beautiful natural scenery and a variety of holes that can be both forgiving and demanding. The course’s sets of tees range from 6,508 yards from the black tees to just under 5,600 yards from the forward tees, with elevation changes and tricky greens adding to its difficulty. The fairways and rough are well-cut, and sand traps are in great shape. Visitors often comment on the friendly staff, good pace of play, and the clubhouse, which has a charming Old Time vibe and all necessary amenities. The course is expansive, in fantastic condition, and even offers winter activities like snowshoeing when snow is on the ground. Advance tee times are recommended, and discounts are available with a park discount card. Overall, Whitnall Park Golf Course is a beautiful, challenging, and enjoyable place to play golf.
Fine course. Have been playing it for over 50 years.

Nice challenging course. The greens are fast and the rough is ok as it’s short enough to find your balls.
