Was told vehicle was in south lot. No map as to where lot was located. Got there and then was first told don't open till 10. After getting in, tock 30 minutes to find vehicle. Then waited 40 minutes for someone to jump dead battery. Spent 3hrs picking up vehicle. Not acceptable.
