“My experience with Franklin is nothing short of fantastic. I had a fuel leak and was pretty bad. Between the smell and seeing fuel drip, I needed this to be fixed immediately. Gave them a call and they got me in that week. The fuel pump was replaced and back to me the next day. “Great place I have been going there since they did my transmission they did a great job on that they honor warrantys with no problems. One of the best parts of this company they actually know how to trouble shoot problems. I drive an old GMC safari for my business it works perfectly. Four years ago my van started having problems with a crank and no start problem. I took it to many shops and it was like they went down a list if it does this put this part in. Frustrated I took it to a dealer in Racine area they put a new fuel pump in again did nothing for the problem. None of the shops I went to never did any real diagnosis. When my transmission went out I asked them to look at this problem they put one of the techs on it and found one cylinder down causing the problem. Replaced the motor and they were 100% correct. For what I paid the other shops I could have replaced the motor long ago.”

“I had the misfortune of having my transmission go out on me. after taking to different shop that got misdiagnosed .... called around for price quotes and this place definitely takes the cake .... best prices ... Bob was so friendly.... informative ... and helped with what he could . Kept me in the loop treated me with respect, and my van is running better then I remember. Tho I don't Wana go back soon lol. “So my wife told me her tiguan was making a noise while braking. I drove it and said yep needs brakes. The car had 66k miles so I just assumed it needed brakes and rotors all the way around. I went to the volkswagen dealership but they said they were booked up for at least a week. I searched Google and A+ Automotive was close so I figured I'd try. I got there close to closing time but the staff helped me out and made me feel welcomed like a returning customer. I told them I needed brakes and rotors all the way around and I needed possibly a new headlight assembly because my headlight was burnt out but I had already changed the bulb but it didn't fix the problem. I dropped the car off and recieved a call the next morning stating that I only needed brakes on the rear as the front were still good. Also the headlight only needed aa new bulb and a little cleaning on the contacts and it was good to go. They could of up sold me on new brakes fpr the front too but they were very honest and professional. I will definitely be returning to A+ Automotive for any work done on my vehicles
I will also recommend A+ to anyone looking for work done on their vehicle. I would give A+ Automotive an A+ in service and satisfaction. Awesome business to deal with!”

“I purchased an engine got it home starting looking it over and noticed it had problems was going to need repairs..so I went the next day Talked to Trapper (he runs the show now ) told him the problem and what needed to be fixed and he took care of it..I honestly thought I would of heard to bad it's your problem...but Trapper was real nice about it and took care of it..but on a side note I didn't go in all hot headed yelling at him ..Nick no longer owns it ..new help and friendly I will definitely go back if I need more parts”
