He would go to check in on my place when I couldn’t get there or if there was a showing he would close windows and turn off lights afterwards to make sure my cabin was secured. After closing when I was unavailable Jim went to clean up some building materials that had I had prearranged to be removed and it hadn’t been completed by close. He didn’t have to do this but the buyers were upset and he went way out of his way to complete the job! I definitely recommend Jim to complete the job correctly and thoroughly. Thank you Jim!”
