This is the second car I've bought from Jim. He's incredibly accommodating and fair-minded, makes sure the cars he's selling are of excellent quality, and thinks of all the little details like a funnel for filling up gas in the winter. If I ever have any problems down the line, I know I can contact him and come in for repairs for a decent price, as well.
