I've been working with QP for a few years now in my quest to upgrade my 2018 Focus ST. These guys have been fantastic every step of the way. I went through quantum to get a haltech installed on my 03 WRX , they were really helpful in the process of getting the car wired up and tuned correctly. The team there was really helpful and they answered a lot of my questions but I wanna point out some key things that made my experience worth 5 stars.
1. Communication: I never had to wait longer than 24hrs for someone to get back to me , we talked on the phone , emailed and texted throughout the process.
2. Quality of work: the quality of the other cars being worked on in the shop to the dedicated temperature controlled engine room to the custom wiring in my car.
3. End result: I've had the car for a few months now and it starts every time and it performed great at my last rallycross

My car got tuned here and engine blew up within 1 week and got a replacement engine and only lasted 1 week aswell…

Stopped in right at open and was greeted with a smile. Needed help sourcing a crank pulley for a BRZ. They had one left over and offered it at a very reasonable price. Good team. Would recommend for all your subi needs.

After weeks of researching local tuners I decided to go with quantum performance to tune my 06 STI after all the good reviews I saw online and im glad I did. They did a great job and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend them for your tuning needs!

Questionable at best so far.They say they only dyno cars if they tune them. The Owner made me think otherwise. Then stated that they wouldn’t.Another miss. I’ll still be on the search for a company that can take care of my car that isn’t in Illinois. Pretty dumb.I wanted to spend money here but without a baseline dyno run, I can’t be bothered.I guess I’ll assume they do good work, I have no way to know. They wouldn’t take my money sadly.They’ve lost customer a customer, for now.If this changes, I’ll update my review.

Having taken my 2018 WRX there for the first time, upon a recommendation from a good friend, I was not disappointed. Really easy communication, and they asked about everything before performing any work.Not to mention I got my car back quite quickly after work started, being that it was my daily and I needed it asap, I was super pleased that they managed to get it done so quick, for a first time customer. Super pleased.Would definitely go back, and do plan on it for any future work!Services: General repairs & maintenance

My boyfriend, Jamie E, recently had his newly purchased, used WRX here for a vehicle inspection, exhaust repair, and tune. The guys at the shop were very professional, knowledgeable and told him about issues with the vehicle that weren't originally known to him. Tom kept him updated and informed during every step of the process, which was appreciated.After they tuned his WRX it drives the way a WRX should. Called and got instinct great professionalism and customer service. Took about 3 minutes for me tell the guy what I wanted and when. The other 10 minutes was spent talking about cars. Felt like I knew the guy for years ?. Nonetheless took my car in and in about 2 and a half hours got my cat-back installed. I am very happy with the job that was done and with the whole crew. Guys were very knowledgeable and honest about what they know or didn't. Again spent about 15 minutes talking cars. The guys even show me my old exhaust and show me where it was leaking. I had a great experience and I would highly recommend quantum to anyone. Josh the owner was very friendly and engaging and Franklin the general manager was very helpful. I wish I could remember the names of the other mechanics but everyone was Super friendly and professional.
