“I had reached out to another realtor in the area inquiring about a listing with their firm. After not having the responsiveness I would hope for, I reached out to Pavlec Realty. They made a showing at one of their listed properties happen very quickly. That property didn't quite suit. Their team was able to then schedule viewings of two additional properties (one of their own listings and one from a different realty firm) the next day which was a Saturday. At those viewing we asked Lindie about yet another listing that had caught our eye. This was another listing by a different realty firm. And before we left the second showing she had us scheduled for a viewing on Sunday. Once we had made our decision and decided to place a offer, Lindie made sure to stay in constant contact with us as well as our financial institution. Several times solving issues at the bank or with the listing realtor/seller before we even knew they were issues. We (I), may have put her through some paces at times during the process. Including a couple of unscheduled office visits, a couple of 9 PM phone calls and I was told the first time she has seen a buyer climb on to the roof during a viewing (Sorry Lindie). She remained calm, helpful, and honest and reassuring the entire time. We will not only recommend the Pavelec Realty team to others, but will plan on being our first call if or when needed in the future.”
