I took our camper there to inspect the tires before a camping trip, they looked them over and said they were in good shape. They were so friendly, they even added more air to the tires because they were low. They could have told me they were in need of replacement, but they did not, very honest. I will be taking my cars here from now on!

Best Mechanic in Wisconsin! I've lived in WI for almost a year and every time I take my van to Charles it's less money than I think it's going to be and work is flawless. You won't regret taking your car or van to him I guarantee it! He even picks you up or drops you off home while the work is done!!

Charles Smith has been keeping my "mature" 1995 T100 Toyota running great... now passing the 312,000 mile mark. He and his staff are always very helpful especially in an emergency. Not only have I been pleased with previous visits but after having a great deal of work done on my 2000 Buick. Everything that they repaired was working properly and my air conditioning was blowing frigid air. Most of the rattling underneath had been handled but there still was some difficulty and I brought it in they immediately put it on the hoist and spent over three man hours getting it right and refused to be paid more money because it had been part of the previous work.I just want to say how extremely pleased I was at this and that I threw the group some beer pizza money to keep up their fine efforts and I would suggest c Smith to anyone that asked me for a referral on a car mechanic.

Wow! First class service shop! A week ago and 50 miles away I had my oil changed and the oil change place must not have fastened the splash guard down underneath my 350Z engine compartment...and yesterday it came completely undone and not allowing the car to travel faster than 45 mph without a horrendous noise...I had to drive with the flashers on in order to get home from church! I took it in to C. SMITH FOR REPAIR and 3 expert mechanics looked at the broken flange and figured out a fast alternative repair! What an outstanding team of expert auto mechanics! They also found the source of a minor oil leak and I'm allowing them to fix that, too! Clean shop! Attentive experts! Very careful AND THOROUGH! I trust them and think you may also have an excellent experience at this excellent car and truck service center in Genoa City WI...thanks team! Well done!
