Order placed in July. Website still showed shipping delays from February. After a month and a half went by without any word on my shipment I sent an email which was ignored. Then another then another all ignored. 2 months after placing my order I had to go through my bank to get a refund.

Order placed for one three tier kit on March 20, 2023. On April 26, 2023, Dale said a ship date of May 15, 2023 shouldn't be a problem. Shipping label created April 29, 2023. By May 22, 2023 the carrier did not have possession of order. I emailed Dale on May 22, 2023 and May 24, 2023 requesting an update - both emails were ignored. Today is June 26, 2023 and I had to go through my payment platform to get a refund. As one small business owner to another I extended every possible courtesy while patiently waiting on a commitment that Dale could not keep. The one star is for poor communication and making me wait on a broken promise. I do not recommend or trust Dale's Quails.

Took longer than expected to ship, then the package was lost. Dale answered his emails quickly and got it sorted out. Medium Brooder is not very practical - birds fly right out when you open it at 2 weeks old. Floor is too bowl-shaped and bouncy, goodbye watererers. Hefty price and shipping for a product with many design flaws. I regret the purchase.

The man is overworked, and promises product he can’t deliver in the time promised. Doesn’t answer phone and starts drama on Facebook. He could have worked on the products and finished them in the time he spends arguing with his customers. Customer is NOT the king in his book. Buyer beware.

Thank you Dale at Dale's Quails for my new custom cage set up!
He has always been so helpful whenever I have questions. I ordered a 4-tier cage set up:
3 cages with egg roll outs and covers
1 grow out cage on the bottom with wall covers for turning into a brooder
I built my first cage set up (left) and I am so glad I went with Dale’s Quails this time because it was so simple to put together.
I run a business and have a toddler so it took me a few weeks to put together my first cage set up on my own with 0 experience building anything. It took me 3 hours to finish putting together this set up and it probably would’ve taken me a shorter amount of time if I hadn’t forgotten to staple the hardware cloth on the sides and needed to unscrew a bunch of stuff ?.
I will be adding his modified J-feeders to all of my cages instead of my cereal box + feeder port set up because I found I was still having a lot of feed waste with the ports. I will be using his waterer set up modified with a hose & quick connect for easy filling with my hose without needing a ladder.

Bought it in October 2022 took it to get here December 2022 Love the brooder put it together. But one door doesn't close straight. Soon, I will be sending for my Bobwhites quail. To raise my husband loves Bobwhites. Miss here the birds in the morning.

Just got my quails and cages today.
Dale has been than helpful in this new journey for me.
He has spent hours of his time teaching me about raising quails, and processing birds (including ducks) in spite of his busy schedule. It’s a rare find to find someone willing to teach these things.
My quails are settling in nicely so far, and the cage is nicely built.
I definitely recommend purchasing from Dale. When I’m ready I expand I will.
