I’ve rented a unit at Storage Rentals of America for 2 years and couldn’t be happier. The facility has easy access, is always clean, and I feel my belongings are safe and secure.
Ashley is a huge reason I’ve stayed so long. She’s always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Anytime I’ve had a question, she’s gone above and beyond to help. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days!
The prices are fair, and there are plenty of unit size options to fit different needs. I definitely recommend Storage Rentals of America to anyone looking for a convenient, safe, and well-run storage facility!

Online Application was done in less than 5 minutes. Gate code was given up on completion. I love how secure the location is. Price was on the middle of the scale of what our living area expects to pay. Smooth and easy process. Easy and quick payment each month online. Month to month contract. No obligations. Just how I hoped it would all be. I can't say enough how easy and quick the whole process was. My favorite part is I can access it 24/7. Hassle free, no nonsense, quick and easy. They raise the price almost every year now for the past couple years, and now that I don't want my unit, they are making it ridiculously hard to get rid of it...they are doing all they can to charge me ...not late once in 8 years, and this is the thanks I get

This place has gone down hill. I have had a unit with them for over 5 years that they jacked the price of to be over 200 a month, but they offer online around 160. The gate freezes shut during the winter. Plowing/salting happens long after the storm hits, sometimes days later. Two years ago, my lifted Chevy suburban, with brand new snow tires, got stuck in pulling into the gated area, more than 24 hours after the storm hit. Come summer, I’m moving out of my unit to somewhere nearby, at half the cost, also gated, newer facility, with better customer service.

This is my second time using Red Dot Storage for in between moves storage. The cleanliness and maintenance of the properties and their units are excellent. Their rental system is the easiest, most convenient reasonably priced, hassle free system I've ever seen. Their facilities are secure and monitored to give you peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Red Dot to my Friends and Family.
