It’s a cool little shop with friendly people but I recently purchased 3 disposables that were all burnt out of the box. I called to see if I could get a refund but was told I would’ve needed to try them in shop and exchange it on site for that to happen. I spent $80 on devices that are not usable and was only offered a 10% discount on my next purchase. I personally won’t be returning which sucks because It’s a nice shop.

Writing this review in the hopes for change and only because I’ve been going weekly but I didn’t have my id once and they still needed to see it and took 35min for the trip as well as their good quality items never stocked enough to supply them.. couple things that don’t have to happen but do there specifically..

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!! I had bought two posh maxs RECHARGEABLES when they die they do not charge save your money and time this shop is joke run by a bunch of kids.

The shop is ok was sold the incorrect coils and went back they didn’t even have to correct coils to begin with and was told I could only trade them for other useless coils and was not able to be refunded even though another employee suggested a return
