“I read a lot of negative reviews but decided to give this place a try anyway. I do understand that storage units give you a low rate to start you out and then bump the rates up much higher after a bit. Most people can’t pay ahead for the length of their stay and end up being disgruntled. I would be too, and I may come back and change this review if things are different but as of right now, my experience has been good. I do wish they had someone in the office at this location. I do wish that when you called they didn’t say that there would be someone in the office and waste your time. I am concerned with a few things I’ve seen like dog food outside of a couple of the units which i believe draws critters. The strange space at the back of my unit where something the size of a rat could get in as well as my neighbor’s hand, so I have only stacked bins in that corner that can’t be gotten into. I had to clean out my own unit from spiderwebs andl dirt when I moved in. None of these negative things affect me because I was grateful to get such a large unit. Also, a woman named Kim from Kentucky was the customer service person I got on the phone and she was awesome and helped walk me through everything. The paperwork is lengthy and I was grateful to have someone to help with that. I have the app now and it’s very easy to make my payments. I have had no trouble with my gate code. At this point, I would recommend this facility.”

I believe this is the most extraordinary storage facility anywhere. The facility is always clean, security is top notch. The buildings, the wide concrete access lanes and even the landscaping is impressive. Prices are competitive but the service and quality is far above all others.”
