Sat in the store for 20 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement that I was in the store much less how long the wait would be or that there were appointments before I could be helped. Another person walked in and was immediately acknowledged. I will never be back. I understand waiting, I do not understand lack of courtesy.

Worst customer service experience I’ve had in ages. Sole worker could only address a single customer while multiple customers were waiting. Half an hour of chatting with the customer later, it is obvious to all of us waiting that this was something better suited to an Apple Store. What a waste of time. Multiple customers walked out.

Jared was a huge help in taking care of my mother-in-law by spending a great amount of time explaining to her exactly what was in her bill and how she could go about canceling unwanted services. His patience was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend using his services.

Switched from a different carrier to AT&T for the first responder discount. Despite some computer issues the service we got that day was phenomenal. We worked with Purnell and he was very personable and had thorough knowledge of the products and plans offered. He was also very helpful in trouble shooting all "issues" we had with switching over SIM cards on our phones. I really appreciated his help in ensuring that everything switched over and was operating smoothly. Would highly recommend both Purnell and the Germantown location.

I usually don’t write reviews, however Purnell was more than amazing helping my boyfriend and I get set up on our new phone plan together. He was very patient, respectful and kind to help us with all of our questions and needs. Highly recommend! We had a great experience here and look forward to having AT&T as our carrier.
