Being an older guy I often lament the lack of service in this new age. Yesterday I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service Wendy Herrera displayed in helping me with an estate matter. I am not a customer, I wasn't buying anything, really purely a servicing transaction. Yet she and BMO Germantown showed me a level of service that I don't even get at my BMW dealership! Thank you Wendy!

Last couple times coming to this bank has sucked. You'd think we are inconveniencing BMO by trying to withdraw money from our account... Find a different bank if you can.

Had a great experience receiving assistance selling a vehicle privately. Wendy took the time to sit down with myself and the buyer and walk us through the process, ensuring that the money was transferred safely and quickly. Thanks!

Terrible customer service. Just called to get some direction on a gift card that was cancelled and basically was given no help because the banker wanted to get on the road because of the snow.Not very helpful!!

I came to BMO today and worked with Ricardo. He helped me with everything and got me out the door in 30 minutes. He was fast, friendly, professional, and straight to the point making sure I understood everything. That's great customer service!

I have been banking at BMO for years and I have had no issues. All the tellers are very friendly and willing to help with whatever your needs are. I think it is a great bank.

I went to this location to pay a balance and the lady teller with the accent was kinda rude and unhelpful for no reason. Three stars because the inside was nice with sanitizer everywhere.

I was in a difficult situation after my mother recently passed away and needed help in closing out her accounts. There were complications due to a VA benefit account. I was fortunate to get Melissa Garner as the banker in Germantown WI, who, through two meetings, spent hours with me and comforted me when things weren't going well...and neither was I. She was amazingly patient and working on the phone with main resources and legal team. Her determination to make sure I was getting what I needed when I was at a loss of what to do next. Thank you to having trained and /or aware of hiring people who know how to handle difficult and emotional situations. Her attitude was positive and relentless to see me through to the resolution of the accounts. Thank you!
