The tow dolly that was recommended to me by Budget Truck's website ended up being incompatible with my vehicle. When putting my car on the ramp, my car (which is all stock), bottomed out on the tow dolley ramp and broke off pieces of my fender. Normally, I would accept that it is my liability for putting vehicles on ramp. However, the equipment itself was not compatible with my vehicle, and it was purchased at the recommendation of the company. Budget sucks. They denied my claim and never once returned any of my phonecalls or voicemails in their claims department after trying to get a hold of their claims adjuster, then supervisor, then manager for 5 business days.

As everyone knows, moving can be very overwhelming. Especially moving cross country! I called Budget Truck Rental in Germantown and spoke with Austin. He was very professional and kind. I had so many questions and had called the office numerous times and each time I called Austin answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. Thank you so very much for all your help in making our move much smoother!!

DO NOT RESERVE A RENTAL TRUCK WITH THIS LOCATION OR ANY BUDGET RENTAL TRUCK..We reserved a moving truck 3 weeks prior to our big move. They called to confirm two days prior. The evening before moving day, at 4:30pm, they called to inform us that THEY HAD NO TRUCK AVAILABLE FOR US. No truck? Nope, not a single one available. What is the point of reserving a truck weeks in advance, to be told the NIGHT BEFORE they would not have a truck for us. They did not even offer to help us find a truck last minute. Horrible customer service!!! Worst experience ever!!

As my wife and I were packing up our first truck, we were running out of room and needed a second truck ASAP! Germantown Budget Truck Rental had one ready to go in about 2 hours! The truck worked flawlessly! The day I picked up the truck, it was -8° outside. They turned on the truck about 10 minutes before my arrival time and it was all warmed up by the time we got there. The employee that helped us was able to answer all of our questions and get us on our way. He was also very genuine and personable. Although the temperature was below zero, the truck started perfectly every time. The people here were so accommodating to us! Budget Rental Trucks gave us everything we needed to have a successful move. I highly recommend Budget Rental Trucks!

Made a reservation and specifically asked for non-credit card payment. Was told yes and went through all the costs. When I arrived to pick up keys and pay I was told credit card only. I called in advance to avoid credit card left me nearly screwed on getting a truck before everything closed. Had to take the first company I called Penske which was only some more expensive but not a dick around. Both guys at Meyer the one at the counter and the maintenance seemed just d****
