“I have just joined the Shine Wash membership at Road Runner and I’m very impressed so far. The wash is fast, thorough, and leaves my car looking spotless every time. I especially like that they do a quick pre-rinse before the wash and provide plenty of clean towels and supplies for customers to use — little touches that make a big difference.
The staff here are always present, helpful, and attentive, which really sets the place apart. Everything feels well-run and professional, and you can tell they care about keeping customers happy.
It’s also great knowing this is a local Wisconsin business. I’d much rather support them than the bigger chains, and I’ll definitely be recommending Road Runner to my friends, family, and coworkers.
I only have 2 small suggestions for them: it would be great if your weekday evening hours were through 7 pm, which would be convenient for working folks. Also, I wish there was a touch-free option; in fact, I wouldn't be opposed to it being touch-free only.”
“Bought a car for my kids. Got a good deal on it, but it was filthy on the inside. Really, really filthy. She quoted me a little more than her regular price, which was very fair. My expectations were exceeded in every possible way. The car looks absolutely amazing! Hope my kids keep that way. Wish I had before and after photos, but I'm not that organized.”

I love that they even had Sat. & Sun. hours. Dropped my ride off Fri. PM & car was ready as promised Sat. afternoon, looking super sparkly clean so that I could take part in a charity car show the next day. Ken was very friendly, informative, & service-focused. My car turned out great, pricing was reasonable, & services delivered as promised on their site - love supporting local independent small businesses like this! I just leveled-up to the $19.99 plan for Unlimited washes with extra suds, undercarriage..,..there are options for polish, wheel wash, wax, protectand, rust inhibitor....amd monthly perks to cash on on....Dash Wipes, Dry Towels, Cup Coozies, Air Fresheners.....well worth it!”

“This is probably one of the best truck washes I've ever had!! Normally just a blue beacon person but the money you spend isn't worth it. Here is a different story!! They took their time cleaning the engine and even got on top of the truck to hand wash the roof!! This will always be my go to when I'm in the area!!”

Different grades for the car cleaning as well, which works well if you buy a monthly membership. The staff is friendly, and super efficient.
