The Storage facility is clean and easily assessable with the pin pad at the door. Moving in was easy and received a text with all my information.
I am incredibly dis-pleased with the rate increase that I just received notice for. I signed the rental agreement for $154. I didn't see the requirement for an additional $25 for insurance until I was sent my first bill. Then, 3 months later, we received notice that they were increasing our rental an additional $30. Total bill is now $205, almost $50 more than what was advertised. When I asked what the increase is from, I was told upkeep but given no further details. I was also told that they will look at potentially increasing again in 8-10 months.
I'll be working to move my items out of this unit this summer.

I can’t say enough good things about Sharon and how she has represented this establishment so well! Previous company that owned this storage complex was horrible on so many levels, Sharon has turned all of those bad experiences around into something very positive! She is a fantastic person and a very important asset to this business. Thank you!

I stopped in today to switch out units. Sharon was so helpful and nice to work with.
I have been here now for a few years and have been pleased how easy it is to get in and out. It's clean and orderly and heated which helps a lot. I like that they walk through and will call if need be. My door wasn't shut correctly and we got it taken care of right away. Am very happy here. Bonus - elevator and carts to get my stuff to the unit.

I’ve been at Storage Mart since 2013, when it was originally called Germantown Storage. The two managers Sharon & Bryce that work at the Germantown, Wisconsin location are the best ever! 5 stars! They are very friendly & really help a person with anything that a person needs. These two to be honest deserve a raise & promotion!
