Don’t go to this location if you expect them to follow the Great Clip check in. I checked in with my son. We were on the list in spot 1 & 2, sitting in the seat waiting and we’re listed as checked in and were skipped twice for two separate people.

Worst haircut I’ve gotten in recent memory. The stylists were more focused on rushing the haircuts to get as many in, rather than taking their time to make sure everything was done properly. My sideburns are uneven and pushed back. My hair is also uneven all over the place. I would give less stars if possible!

I always get my hair cut here which is near my Germantown work office. The staff is always friendly, takes good notes on your hair cutting styles, reviews them with you and asks if you want changes. Always get a nice haircut. Online check in is pretty accurate as to the time sit in the chair.

I visited this location for the first time today. The salon was very clean & we were greeted upon our arrival. I checked in online so, there was no wait. Only 2 women were working at the time of my appt & they were both very friendly. Ms.Melissa cut the remainder of my locks off for me & not only did she do a lovely job but she was very professional & informative. Definitely a win win for me, I feel 10 lbs lighter & gained a new hairstylist/barber!

Came in NO was waiting NO ONE
And asked the two stylists that were standing by the counter if I could get a cut.
Kenny says it’s a 63 minute wait.
I walked out.

Replace the manager. Our Last few appointments, this woman is condescending and a bully, especially to the receptionist. Her reprimanding, chastising and overly criticizing attitude to the employees and IN FRONT of customers, is completely unnecessary. My hope is there is more than one manager, the one that's works Saturdays, is the specific one referring to. God bless and prayers to anyone else. She is affecting everyone, which degrades their performance of just a simple haircut. She is just plain negative and a buzz kill.

I received the worst hatchet job of my life here! I told Monique I wanted a 1/2" trim and that I was growing my bangs out to frame my face and to not touch them. It was in answer to what service I'd like. I have a few practically bald spots in the back, an uneven cut all around, and my bangs (where I showed her I was growing them out) were chopped in a way that a stylist at another store was horrified to see. When she took the cape off, she was so proud to announce it was a 1/2" trim. Some curls that dropped in my lap were about 1 1/2" long!! Needless to say, I'm FURIOUS!!! The other stylist at the other store tried to fix the back because it wasn't correctly blended. Instead of an evenly tapered job of blending the cut, I had some small groupings of hair that weren't cut at all and were sticking out.
