I come in after work a 12 hour shift because my bank card was deactivated. I went to the teller she asked me to sit and wait. I patiently waited and I was in a great mood. The receptionist, Katie was obviously having a bad day so she approached me hostile. Told me that I needed my card printed and mailed to me. I informed that I have never needed my card mailed to me. I have always got a card printed at a location. She then proceeded to tell me they do not do that at her location and that I would need to wait for it in the mail, and I said since when she said since always. Her attitude was very bad, her tone was even worse and customer service was terrible. Makes me not want to even bank with landmark any more. Especially for a conversation that should’ve be held privately but out in the open. Terrible Terrible and she did not mind losing my service. Told me if I like I can go up to the receptionist and close my account. I asked for her name three times before she deceived to give it to me.

Just got respect from these tellers,,Rude was my first few encounter. Now I can say someone had observed the treatment I was receiving and cleaning began. Thanks to the one tell who set it off.

Ehh. I don't deal with them much in person but what I've needed to recently was a disaster. The lady at the front tried making me set up an appointment days from when I walked in. Not acceptable if you want my money. I was told it might take a long time (took under 10 minutes...)Manager seemed knowledgeable and told me when I asked what I specifically needed (for guardian account). Unfortunately, the second lady setting it up didn't seem to be versed on the circumstance(not the manager). I just took my business to educators credit union after I was told I needed a hard card for a driver's licence, to open an account,paper wasn't acceptable even though it's right from the DMV and SAYS it can be used for identification purposes....???... So tell me how do you get a hard card for someone incapacitated in the hospital that has a legal guardian? If my other credit union was closer I would be cancelling all of my accounts here just because of the struggles to open an account. I had all the necessary documents except a "hard card"? C'mon now

Customer service has gone down the drain in the past year unfortunately. You cannot reach anyone at the branch anymore. I called to inquire regarding a specific type of loan and I was given a sales pitch. We have been with Landmark for at least 10 years and for the first time, we are looking for a new bank. Additionally, I left a message with a second banker after the first banker could not answer specific questions. This was four weeks ago and I have still heard nothing. I am holding currently just to speak to a human being, to report fraud from a website and request a chargeback. I have already filed with the FTC and the State Attorney General. My final step is our bank. On hold for 15 min after I played run around with the menus to actually find out how to get a live agent-as that is no longer a menu option up front. Unbelievable.

Landmark credit union in germantown has the absolute worst customer service. It's impossible to get any help whatsoever.

Been a customer for about a year now. So far it has been a much better experience than Chase. My only problem is that a coupe times a year their Mobile App & Online Portal wont work due to updates. This past weekend it wasn't working from Friday-Monday Afternoon. During this time you can't check your balance, deposit checks, or move money around at all. It's a minor inconvenience, but could be catastrophic under the wrong conditions.Their customer service however is very good and loan process is easy. Nothing but good things to say about LCU other than their online banking not working a few times a year.

I've been a member of Landmark for many years! Their Customer Service is great! I was once a member of a bank whose name I will not mention. I would like to say thanks for the Great Customer Service throughout the years!!!!

Sat in the drive through to take out cash because the lobby is appointment only. 20 minutes to get cash. Other banks lobbies are open. Why not Landmark's? Ridiculous

This location is so slow and the ATM is always having issues, I literally have to wait in the drive through for 30 minutes or more everytime I use this location. The other locations aren't this way so you can't blame it on covid like you have been responding to other's reviews.

Some how when I deposited my check it went into my savings instead of my checking. By phone a woman by the name of Shavon helped me transfer without any issues and was able to take the hold off my check. She was very pleasant and accommodating!

I have been with Landmark for almost 20 years and been to many of the branches regularly. (As I'm sure a lot of the long term customers have.) However, this branch has excellent customer service, workable hours- because I work Nocs- and its located in a convenient area right off the interstate. They have hands down the best customer service of any of the credit unions or banks I have been to. They try their best to assist you. Thanks for being the great people you are Germantown LCU!!!

They are so slow at this location. I guess it depends on whose working but it ridiculous. Certain lines are getting people done way faster than others. I was not in the window lane. I will not come back to this one. Smh
