“This location is great for locals and visitors in Germantown and the surrounding area. The outside of the store pays tribute to the German heritage the village is known for. The store is clean, well-stocked and staff is friendly. I would recommend shopping here for all your grocery needs.”

“Otto’s continues to be the place I go for liquor. I visit the bayside and Shorewood locations as well. One thing this location needs is Franziskaner Hefe-Weissbier. It does have a variety pack of Sour beer you can’t beat though. This Otto’s also has lots of fun beer, wine and liquor gifts to purchase as well.”

“I visited Liquor Outlet for the first time and I was very impressed by their selection and service. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized. They have a wide variety of liquors, from the common to the rare, and they offer periodic raffles for some exclusive bottles. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and gave me some great recommendations. I will definitely come back to Liquor Outlet and recommend it to anyone looking for a quality liquor store.”
“I love shopping here for their great selection of natural chips/crackers. They have the best prices for most pantry items. The meat dept is okay, dairy is awesome and fruits and veggies always seem fresh. Customer service is usually good. Unfortunately, I witnessed a cashier get belittled by the floor manager this morning as she didn't know how to enter a check with cash back. Guy was a total j*** to her as he said, " don't you know how to add?!" and impatiently showed her how to do the transaction. She was clearly embarrassed and somberly said she usually doesn't work as a cashier and wasn't comfortable in the position. Also to note, customers do have to be aware of surroundings in parking lot as there have been some sketchy people who seem to wander around for whatever reason.”
“This is my absolute favorite liquor store. They have everything! Workers are super helpful. It is huge inside, never super busy and very convenient. Prices are great! Some liquor stores around this area are small, crowded and I would not step foot in them. Love my Sunrise!!!!!!”
“Not the cleanest business I have been in, however they have a great selection of snacks and food, as well as a huge selection of drinks. From soda's too energy drinks they have just about any soft drink or beverage you could think of! Cigarettes here are also fairly priced, and the customer service from the staff is great, and everyone is very friendly! Great place too stop !”
