First time here for pedicure I paid $70 for a French tip and the toenails were uneven, the polish was uneven. I kept saying I wanted the tip thinner and it out very thick even after saying it multiple times. No massage chairs and the fastest massage I ever got. I have to say the worst pedicure I’ve ever had

I usually don’t leave reviews, BUT I think it’s important to give credit when credit is due. I went to nail lounge when I couldn’t get in to the nail salon I usually go to. I didn’t have an appointment but gambled that I could get in. By chance there was one woman that was just about to leave but stay to do my nails. Vanh was the nicest, most gentle person to ever do my nails. I loved the color that was on her nails, she immediately knew the name of the color and so I chose that color also. She was extremely personable and friendly. The salon was very clean and I saw them cleaning things and sanitizing as they used, namely, the LED lights to dry your nails. In all of the years I’ve gotten my nails done. I have never once seen a salon clean the nail dryer. I will definitely be back based on their wonderful customer service, and cleanliness!!
Cleanliness: Absolutely the cleanest salon I’ve been to!!

Called to make an appointment asked for manicure and pedicure. I work during the day and asked if she had any availability she said she did and could get me in at 5. She also said she would stay open for me since I was coming in so late .... They are open till 7pm. Not sure if she was trying to make me feel bad for making an appointment. Confirmed the time with her and she said okay and hung up . Did not ask me for my name or my phone number.

What a wonderful experience. I brought my daughter here to get a pedicure for the first time and I am so happy that I found this place. They were so nice and so sweet. We had Ann and Bell do our pedicures. This was the most thorough pedicure I've ever had. Normally people rush through my feet but this woman really took her time as she did every single thing. It was so relaxing. My daughter enjoyed her pedicure so much too she even got a little foot massage as well.One other thing to mention is that the shop is beautiful and extremely clean.I will definitely be returning.

My girlfriend and I made an appointment here. 20 mins after our appointment time we walked out without receiving service. They were very disorganized, and it felt like no one was really there to help us. The woman that was supposed help us didn't even know how to do a ombre that we requested. Very poor experience.
