I wish this location was better. There are frequently a shortage of checkout employees. It is not unusual to have 10+ customers in line for the 1 active check out line. Self checkout system is finicky and almost always requires an employee to come over to fix an issue with the computer. It just feels like they are constantly understaffed. Overall a consistently “meh” grocery shopping experience.

This place needs help. It was so dirty in there it was hard to shop.Lack of employees is understandable they probably don't pay enough to keep them. Do better Pick n Save your place is really bad.

This location is great for locals and visitors in Germantown and the surrounding area. The outside of the store pays tribute to the German heritage the village is known for. The store is clean, well-stocked and staff is friendly. I would recommend shopping here for all your grocery needs.

Highly recommend doing pick up orders from here. Was skeptical at first because at other stores I’ve gotten missing items or gross produce. But here everything was great. I had quite a large order but everything was there. Good dates and good looking produce. They came out right away when I got there. I didn’t catch his name but the guy who brought out our groceries was super nice as well! Keep it up!

Generally the store meets all the basic grocery needs.
However, the use of both Loyalty card vs Digital discount prices is very confusing. 🤔 The lower or discounted prices should be the same when using either program. 🤗

Fruit and vegetables are always terrible here. Went there yesterday and everything was sparse. Tomato’s were moldy. Dairy department is never stocked. The employees are not nice or helpful and they wear earbuds when they work so good luck getting their attention.

Absolutely terrible service from a colored guy in meat. Didn’t have a name tag but was cutting meat with his hood up. Looked older. Beyond unprofessional and seemed like he didn’t want to be there.
