If you look at the 5 star reviews the almost always have one thing in common…Dina. That lady is so damn good at her job and you can tell she’s doing everything she can to make everybody happy. Top notch customer service. Anytime I’ve had a questions she’s always there and willing to help.

40% rate increase after 5 months (not a promo). Gate has been broken twice in that span. Poor lighting in the halls (and in the unit if that’s a thing).

I stored my vechicle here and someone stole the car cover off my car. I had an enclosed spot. I called management and they said well, there’s nothing we can do and we don’t secure or check the premises daily. I was baffled. I was paying monthly to secure my car and it was available for anyone to do whatever with it. And they never answer their phones, I call several times. No response.

You will most likely DESTROY the suspension on any vehicle or trailer that you drive through there lot. On top of this your rates will be raised by 50% every 3-6 monthes. Would recommend staying away from this place.
