“I have worked with Mark Schulz from Redefined Realty for the last three years. I had called him several years back with the consideration of selling a rental property that I owned. “I lived in what must be one of their older properties, on the East Side in Milwaukee for several years. It is a high rent area, and mine was proportional to the neighborhood. Rent increases did happen, but were very modest. Maintenance and upkeep got done on time or close to it. I would recommend it with the same caution as other hundred-year-old buildings in the area.
