Absolutely incredible experience. Everybody was very kind and knowledgeable I walked in and 2 hours later I had a brand new .300 BLK pistol. I watched it built in front of my eyes and the owner threw in upgraded parts and a bag for me! He test fired the gun and it ran perfectly, throughout the whole process he was very meticulous and took very much care to do everything as if it was his own. 11/10 would recommend I wish I could give this place 6 stars. GET YOUR GUNS HERE!!

I can't say enough great things about Shepherd Arms and the outstanding service I received from DJ. From start to finish, DJ went above and beyond—his knowledge and professionalism were second to none. He helped me build an AR from the ground up, keeping me updated every step of the way and ensuring everything was done to the highest standard. Steve said $150 dollars to replace my 1911 bushings, wow are you serious. I'm buying the tools from Wilson Combat and I will do it for 30 dollars. Talk about price gouging

Haven't been to the new location yet I purchased a few firearms a couple years ago from these guys I remember theo and j to be some solid guys and informative I would definitely to business here again

The atmosphere is very comfortable, staff are very friendly and helpful, their depth of knowledge is like the Mariana trench. I had a fantastic experience and will be back. Thanks fellas!
Edit: on 6/13 I came by after talking to Theo on the phone about a DD MK18. He said they didn't have any in but that they could do better with one of their own builds.
Let me tell you something.
I could have paid for a new DD MK18, and had no accessories. And probably a list of changes to make. But instead I'm now a very proud and happy owner of a Shepherd Arms build. It's got everything I want, they helped me with my light, my sight, mags, all of it. I'm really happy with the entire experience. Thanks Theo! Thanks Ryan!
