To say that Aaron and his team go above and beyond for customers would be an understatement. I am so incredibly happy with their customer service. They prioritize making customers happy more than any business I've seen in many, many years. You would not regret shopping for phones and a plan at this store! If there are any issues they will do what ever it takes to make it right. You can rest assured. They have customers for life with me and my family due to everything they've done for us from a customer service perspective.

Do not go into this store. My wife and I upgraded our plan because of a special trade in offer for new Iphones. The store did not enter the trade in value or the promotion. I only found this out after seeing my bill being twice as much as it was supposed to be and calling the customer support line.

Highly recommend using this location as I have had two solid experiences with Destenee, a retail consultant who was incredibly helpful. On two separate occasions she helped us in the process of purchasing two iphone 15 pros. Extremely kind, and patient!! Thank you Destenee!! ☺️☺️*Also important to note, we used the online scheduler for one, and walked in for the second time we were there and BOTH times we were helped in a super timely fashion, no issues. ??

Had a great experience getting a new phone here. If you have the opportunity to work with Destenee, please do so. She was excellent very personable and has the customers best interest in mind. There are no sales pitches or anything like that. It’s very laid-back and is a great process when looking into new phones.

Super unprofessional. I sat down and the workers were talking amongst themselves about work drama for 10 minutes. Finally they asked what I needed help with only to be told the information they had given me about an hour before was incorrect. Someone needs to train there workers better.

Stopped at this store for the 1st time today. Jeremiah took EXCELLENT care of me!!! He was courteous, respectful, and thorough. He made sure I had everything I needed and explained everything. I’ll definitely be back and will send family and friends as well!!!

Awful staff, was told 30 minute wait.Waited an hour for somebody and after an hour they came and told me it will be at least another hour

Make sure you set up an appointment before you go to the store!! I didn't realize setting an appointment was a thing. So, I went to the store, waited for the next associate and spent 2 hours waiting. Meanwhile, people the associates know are getting "worked in" in the downtime while the phones are updating or whatnot. When it was finally my turn, the associate asked how my day had been and I vented that I had been waiting 2 hours to speak with someone! The associate quipped back that I "should have set an appointment" to avoid the wait. Definitely won't make that mistake again, definitely do not recommend this store.

If I could give this store a -000, I would. Never went to a store to sign up for a place in line to pay a bill; it's ubsurd. I was told by Corporate and I called the store prior to going there that they would take my payment by check.The guy that supposedly was going to take payment after waiting for 20 minutes immediately had a problem with me. His reply "You are on pre-pay, and we don't accept checks". What difference does it make if I refuse to have a contract and want to pay by check. He also tried to charge me more than what I pay every month. I also changed my mine to purchase a new phone. Trying to make people feel guilty because they are pre-pay is RIDICULOUS.I've been a customer for the pass 3 plus decades. Old enough to be his Mother. Acting like he own the store. I will never go there again.Seriously considering switching to a new provider.

Idk if it's just these stores inGermantown or the town as a whole but it was very unwelcoming for my friend and I. No one greeted US, but when others came in, there were smiles and conversation. Not with us though. Smh the sales rep had a disgusting attitude like he really didn't want to help us. Then he rushed us out smh. Never again will I go here.
