Every time I come here I am idling in the drive through for 30 minutes +. I literally come to pick up an already filled prescription, or syringes for said prescription and no matter if there are people there or not, its like I am asking for the craziest thing in the world to these folks. It's not once or twice, it's every single time. I'm literally sitting here as we speak AGAIN going on 24 minutes and all I asked for was 10x muscle syringes for my RX.

Stopped in the day before thanksgiving to pick up a needed prescription. They were clearly very busy and short staffed. The person that helped me at the pharmacy was very helpful and nice even though she was stressed by the endless line of customers. They were doing a great job!

Waited in line for more than half an hour for a prescription we called in days before. When we got home we discovered they'd filled the wrong prescription -even though we had input the correct prescription number when using the phone renewal process. Called and said there's nothing they can do because they already filled this prescription and it's the same medication so insurance won't cover another fill. We pointed out this is the wrong dosage and now this prescrip won't last the 30 days. They simply reiterated there's nothing they can do because we already paid for this one.How can you know they made a mistake before paying when they don't give you the bottle to read before you pay for it??!!This isn't the first mistake and isn't the first excessive wait time at this location. No wonder all their previous pharmacists quit.

Super slow. Waited 35 minutes for prescriptions they had in hand an hour before I got there. If I didn't keep going up to the counter, I'd still be there.

Absolute zero rating. Literally the worst pharmacy I've ever been to my entire life. I have given this place multiple attempts, and I've learned my lesson. If you want to stand in line for over 45 minutes to get your prescriptions, this is the place for you. So understaffed that they close the drive-through all the time and when you walk in they'll be a line of 20 people all equally as angry as the next person. I feel sorry for the people that work there because I'm sure it's not their fault.

Ridiculously slow. DON'T COME HERE. I could have gotten a lot more chores/tasks done instead of waiting in this time-taking line

Absolutely terrible. If you can get your prescription at a different Walgreens please do. I've worked at a Walgreens pharmacy before so I know how efficiently they should be ran. This location is absolutely terrible. I just spent 30 minutes on hold with pharmacy, I called the store while I was waiting on hold to figure out what was going on, the store hungup on me the first time. The second time I spoke with a manager and she pretty much said there's nothing she could do and that I just wasted another 30 minutes of my life.... Not to mention, they are now on a 30 minute break from 1:30-2. DO NOT go to this Walgreens... EVER!

Pharmacy doesn’t answer the phone. Several times on several occasions I try to call and no one answers. Have to go into the store to talk to someone.

This location is awful. My wife and I have tried calling on several occasions and no one picks up the phone.
Drive through is closed. Have to wait in line in the store to just talk to the pharmacist who was extremely rude.
I get it that they are short staffed, but no excuse for this poor of service and rudeness.

Second time trying to pick up my prescriptions. Drive-through is closed due to lack of staffing. How long have we been doing this? This is no longer is staffing issue. It’s a management issue!!! Cross train some people and get some people back there so people can pick up the prescriptions that they need for their health. This is absolutely ridiculous.

Unbelievable. Sat on hold for 35 minutes to make sure a prescription was ready. Drove over and sat for nearly an hour in line. Finally it was my turn. I pull up, sit waiting for a few minutes and someone comes over, slaps a sign up that everyone has to come inside and start the wait over. Incredible level of rudeness.

The pharmacists here are busy but always helpful. Service at both the pharmacy and store are great. The photo department service varies from great to not so great depending on who waits on you but the prints are always a good quality.
