I'm only giving a 4 because it took 5 months to get service and I know that this was not the fault of Caliber Collision but rather due to the GM strike and the delay of parts orders. In spite of that, Caliber did an excellent job with my car. The young ladies at the front desk and one in particular, Ayanna did a great job and were very professional and she definitely stood out from the rest as she was always very helpful and very pleasant. I would definitely use the Glendale location again. I have had service at the Germantown location as well and was very pleased with their work and customer also but the Glendale location is closer to where I live.

Shady business. Have my daughters car held hostage. Always an excuse each week why it’s not ready. Huge inconvenience because she’s paying out of pocket for a rental. I wonder if this is standard . I sure hope not

We had my daughter’s car repaired there after she had an accident. She is in college in Milwaukee and we live 3 hrs away, they worked around our schedules and the time it takes to go back and forth there.The car looks brand new.While I hope I don’t have to use them again for accidents, I will highly recommend them to anyone as everyone was so nice and they keep you up to date on repairs with weekly texts.What a great company.
