TERRIBLE service! Anastasia was NOT pleasant AT ALL! She had a ATTITUDE from the time that she slowly came from the back! I tried to explain my situation and I was losing my voice and Anastasia would NOT let me get a word in edgewise! She OVER TALKED me the entire time, she proceeded to say” on my Moma” and “I promise she don’t work in corporate “ all the while Jose the manager on duty sat and said Nothing! Another customer also expressed her frustration as well! AT THIS POINT PUT THE WHOLE STORE BACK IN TRAINING!!! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!! On top of ALL the concerns I have with AT&T this Definitely Rubbed me THE WRONG WAY!!! Contemplating switching carriers!!! Didn’t want to give the one star but google is making me!!!

I'm unable to get my new iPhone 16 up and going.
If I go to AT&T and buy a phone, they shouldn't push me over to APPLE to get it working. Maybe I should have gotten the phone at Apple Store.

Malik was incredibly professional. Because we were transferring a line from a consumer account to a business account, he needed to call att to complete the process. His patience was better than anyone I've ever dealt with especially considering the fact that he was hung up on the first time, the second person who helped was unsuccessful at completing the transfer and he had to explain himself three separate times. He was also great at greeting other customers as they walked in ensuring that they were taken care of as well. All around exceptional customer service. We appreciated Malik's efforts greatly. Thanks so much Malik!

Asia was very pleasant, professional, patient, and knowledgeable regarding my phone issue. She made today's visit very productive! I am very satisfied with the changes that were made to correct my phone concern. She us an asset to the AT&T Store Phone Company!

Just had a great experience as a brand new customer to AT&T after coming in to set up my new phone and transfer data. Great service and attention by Ramone, who was knowledgeable and pointed out some tips for me as I waited for the transfer. Thanks!!!

I was gifted with a new I -phone for my birthday and needed expert help setting it up. Asia was the beautiful AT&T technician that assisted me. Honestly, I showed up with a checklist of issues that needed to be resolved that I believed would have me feeling competent with use of the phone. Asia was so very patient, kind and knowledgeable with completing the tasks. She could tell I was anxious a little and used her therapeutic communication to put me at ease. Thank you AT&T for employing great staff that value the customers first and have them exit feeling empowered!!

A customer service representative named Asia was so helpful today she immediately jumped up to help us ( not that we expected her to do so). She recommended offers that were currently available both in store and within my account and helped me find the ideal item in which I spent all afternoon looking for. Thank you Asia????

The customer service here is horrible! I was here for 1 hour waiting on a representative to come assist me, I arrived before 4 people & was the last person to receive help! Wouldn’t recommend this location.
