I love the CVS in Target at Bayshore mall! The Pharmacist there, Lauren, is amazing and always gives great service. It’s obvious she truly cares about her patients.

This location sucks. They are never staffed, their phone lines won't let you talk to a real person and they're always closed when their operation hours say they should be open. I hate dealing with them.

Right, so I just called the pharmacy to ask if they had a certain prescription available that’s seems to be very scarcely available. The pharmacist, whose currently working a shift on April 1st, Monday, 11:10 am, was extremely rude for absolutely no reason. The only thing I asked was whether they had the prescription available. And immediately she says. I just got 3 calls in the last 5 minutes about this. Are you calling me?! And I am very obviously calling that pharmacy for the first time, my number is attached to my prescription, my information at the pharmacy etc. very much so not the person who just called 3 times prior. So then she goes on to explain that they don’t have it available. Okay, all I asked very calmly, was if she could just check the radius of cvs pharmacies to see if any near us have them available. Literally she just goes straight into, “well do you work for Kohl’s?!” I say “no” she says “ well then you don’t need to worry about it?” I’m thinking well what in the world does Kohl’s have to do with checking the pharmacies near us and so I ask. “What does Kohl’s have to do with this?” And she says “employees for Kohl’s have access to their own pharmacy but if you don’t work for Kohl’s you can’t use it, so that doesn’t concern you” and so she’s being obviously very rude. The tone, the words she’s using since the very beginning. I’m quite shocked because I’ve never spoken with such an aggressive pharmacist like this before. I say “why are you talking to me like this?” She goes on to apologize and how she doesn’t mean any disrespect etc etc. using an obviously very rude and condescending tone. So before I could even acknowledge that she might be giving a genuine apology. She ends the sentence with “I hope you find your Drug” and before I go to respond she ends the phone call. Very unfortunate that I’m out of state, because after a phone call like that I would’ve shown up in person to finish the conversation. What was the point of being unnecessarily rude to someone simply asking if something is available? I did not call 3 times prior. I was not that person and unwittingly received an aggressive and rude pharmacist because of someone else’s actions. I mean I’m so pissed off because it was wholly undeserved. Extremely unfair. I was being very normal and probably got 4 sentences out in the entire exchange. I did nothing but ask a question. ?Also to the Pharmacist that was working that shift, I’ve found who you are. I’ve found your state license. Please know that you’ve been reported to the board.

The pharmacy staff have been superb, whether for routine prescriptions, transferring prescriptions from an out-of-state pharmacy to this one, or for my vaccines. They're effecient, responsive, friendly, and obviously follow practices that ensure great service, confidentiality, and trust. Thank you all!

Even though there is no drive through and you have to go inside of target to get the the CVS, it is honestly worth it. The pharmacist(s) here are amazing! Two lovely ladies that treat me like a human being; making me feel heard, seen, and cared for. They never hesitates to call other pharmacies and have my scripts transferred over. They gladly answers all of my questions while truly going above and beyond. ?

As a retired Pharmacy Technician I am very pleased with this pharmacy. Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy technician are very knowledgeable and super friendly. Always have a smile and a pleasant hello. It’s important to me to have a personal touch with a Pharmacy and you will definitely get that at this pharmacy. I highly recommend it.

I need a prescription which is unavailable at the pharmacy I usually go to, it has been in stock here. I was greeted at the counter and immediately taken care of, I was on my way with my prescription within a minute. Now that is quick service! Thanks CVS at Bayshore!

I received a call from the pharmacy which was a surprise since its been about a year since I was last there. No message was left so I decided to call them and ask about the reason for the call. After a few minutes of answering questions about myself, the pharmacist basically said they were reaching out to schedule a potential flu shot. Is CVS so desperate for business that they are making unsolicited calls? I told the woman on the phone that I wanted to wait until the new Covid booster was available and get both shots at once. She proceeded to tell me that getting both at once is not recommended. At that point I hung up. Google what the CDC says about getting both shots at once. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this location ever again.

I would like to provide feedback on my recent experience with Lauren, the pharmacy manager. She was incredibly patient while helping me with my medications. Her dedication to customer service and support truly made a difference in my experience.5 star is for her. :)

Pharmacist Lauren at CVS inside of Target is absolutely amazing. I followed her from at different location. She goes above and beyond. Best pharmacist ever!!!
