Victor was very helpful and the store was huge parking behind. Easy drop off and open space.

Customer service rep didn’t want to print my label on a label sticker because it wasn’t for FedEx it was for me and I was a paying customer.. he also lied about not being able to reimburse the money I put on my FedEx store card. As a former employee it was disappointing being lied to.

11/19/2024: update to previous review and it's still five stars stopped in this morning and because of David the Assistant Manager, I am a return customer. He previously assisted me with self-print, and today I was able to do it on my own thanks to him. David is such an asset to this company because of the customer service he provides in a professional, courteous, knowledgeable, manner. I look forward to coming back again for printing, office supplies, and shipping.
10/29/2024: David, the Assistant Manager, really was a professional customer service provider. I was greeted when I walked into the store, and he was really helpful in assisting me with some last minute self-printing. It's such a pleasure in these days and times to have someone provide actual customer service in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner.

Walked in to do a simple printing project. The person behind the counter didn't acknowledge me; i waited about a minute and then engaged him. He started our conversation by telling me the lead time was 24-48 hours for print jobs, which would have been fine for me. I asked him three separate times for help and he kept directing me to just send the file to the email address. He made sure not to engage my question and made it very clear that he was not interested in helping me. Eventually, i gave up and left. The level of indifference shown to me as a customer was very disappointing. I called a competitor that i found on google, and got everything worked out with them within 2 minutes over the phone from the fedex kinkos parking lot.

Thos FedEx location has a very friendly staff. They always make time to help out the customers. Their system is pretty easy to use and have reliable supplies. Plus, they have a handsome worker there. He is like sunshine chasing away rain clouds!

Bad service. Too bad we don’t have many options around here. You feel like you are bothering them when you walk in.

Man at counter would not help me figure out the cost of printing. He acted very bored and like he hated his job.

The staff working in this establishment, clearly showcases how they feel about certain people. I walked in was up looked at, was never spoken to and was reluctantly given information after asking an counter worker how to access the printers. The other guy who looked like he may have been a manager, had the most hateful, frowned up look on his face and never spoke to me after seeing me twice. He didn’t want to help me and I didnt want his help after all that. His body language stated that he hoped to not have to say anything to me and he didn’t. since the printer wasn’t cooperating, I just walked out and said forget it. I know what racism is, looks and feels like. DO NOT support this location. And I’m a business owner myself so I already know how people should perform. Disgusting.

I typically am either picking up a held package or dropping off a package with a pre-printed label. It's true that some staff are more knowledgeable and/or friendly than others. You can now drop off packages without interacting with staff. You scan the shipping label and drop it in the box. Even if it's not crowded, it's preferred (by staff) if you use the self-serve drop box, which is fine.
I did have a strange interaction within the last few months where I came to pick up a package and they couldn't find it. I had the e-mail with the tracking number that said it was ready for pickup. The person looked for the package, then came back and said that they didn't have it. She asked if I was sure it was shipped to the Glendale FedEx location. I showed the e-mail which had the tracking number and the address of the Glendale FedEx location. There was an awkward moment of silence where the insinuation was that I was somehow to blame for this. I asked: "What am I supposed to do? I have the confirmation e-mail right here with the tracking number and this FedEx address. I've clearly had it delivered here. If it's not here, somebody has to find it." It turns out that my package was there and they hadn't looked hard enough or it was in the wrong place or something. I didn't really receive an apology for this. No matter, I was just happy my shipment wasn't lost. I've had dozens of packages delivered here and I'll continue to do so. But the idea that somehow their not being able to find the package when I had e-mail proof of delivery was super weird. I'm doing FedEx a favor by having it delivered to one of their locations. That cuts down on their delivery effort. One less package that a driver has to carry to a door and then not get a signature and it goes back on the truck. I'm trying to easier for both of us.

My experience was via phone. Another company messed up my Grandmother's obituaries and wanted $400! This was the day before the memorial service and my cousin and I were furious and panicked at the same time. I spoke to Mariah, who, unlike the worker at the other place, knew what I needed, just by talking and offered, because their queue was pretty busy, to call another location to help me! Enter Me-me in the Germantown office who ALSO understood what I needed AND said I could email it! She worked so hard to get me what I needed and wanted without it being $400! Plus, she explained EVERYTHING! The test copy was absolutely lovely and I'm so grateful to both of them for their help. They make me believe that real Customer Service still exists! Thank you guys so much!????
