Worst dealership experience I ever had. Bought the truck and noticed a few issues on the test drive. They assured me it would be taken care of. Had it shipped down to Illinois where upon delivery it still had a Check Engine light For DPF fault. They again assured me they would take care of it. Got a call today saying it’s not their problem. Haven’t even driven the truck 300 miles. Horrible customer service and you can’t even get them to pick up the phone. Would be 0 stars if I could

Bought truck with being supposedly fixed on def but they cleared codes sent the truck I got promised it would be taken care of and couldn’t get tow to dealership and trans line blew as well so now they don’t pick up calls or emails and pretty much so now I have to take int to my own hands horrible service and did I say that I sat in the dealership for 6 hours to try and buy the truck don’t buy here it’s hell and some how spell my name wrong on pretty much everything even tho they had all my info

I am very disappointed with the service I recently received in the service department at Heiser Ford on Silver Spring. I was expecting a high level of professionalism, but unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectation. I took my vehicle in at my scheduled morning appointment, I had to call at 4pm in the evening to find out what was going on with my vehicle and I was told it takes a whole day to diagnosis my vehicle and another day to fix it. When I arrived that morning, I told them exactly what the issue was and it took them all day to diagnosis what I told them from the start and I was still charged $165 in addition for the work that was completed. When my vehicle was completed, I was told that the shuttle would be picking me, I waited for 2.5 hours and no one called me to say, if they were coming or not. Needless to say, no one showed up to get me. Once I got a ride to the dealership, I explained what happen to the service manager, he stated they were having a very hectic day and they dropped the ball with me. They continued to drop the ball with me. I had to walk to get my vehicle that was parked in a dark area of the lot, instead of someone driving my vehicle to the service area where I paid over $1500 to get my car repaired. Needless to say, I will never return to this Ford Dealership and I will tell my family and friends to never patronize this establishment.

I recently closed out a lease on a 2021 Bronco at Heiser in Glendale by purchasing the vehicle outright. After getting a 6 day runaround w the finance department I was directed to the manager of the department (Devin Spielman). After dropping the ball and poor follow-up by Devin he gave me a final purchase number. I questioned several of the “add-on” charges he had listed and he assured me they were correct. When it came time to sign the final papers and make the payment I was connected with Kreyshia White who informed me Devin had overcharged by just over $500 which she ultimately credited back. Ms White is an outstanding employee and gave me great service ….Mr Spielman….in my estimation…needs to find a different line of work.

My wife brought our 2017 Explorer in to have of our blank sync 3 media screen looked and fixed. And a squeak in the steering we'll as well. They said it would be $1000.00 or more to fix the screen and$750.00 to fix the squeak in the steering wheel. My wife said she would have to talk to me first and decide what to do together.Heiser ford gave her a bill for $377.00. She said, "but you didn't do anything, but look at it and it's that much?" He took the bill around back and came back and had it reduced to $325.00. I am going to charge them $1750.00, by not going there to fix it. Who wins?

Very good assortment of used trucks and cars to choose from. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff at Heiser Ford and our purchase went smoothly. The supporting paperwork on previous maintenance work done on it and no pressure to buy "extra" add-ons during the process of buying the truck made this actually an enjoyable experience.

I recently purchased a certified Lincoln Nautilus from Heiser Ford. The whole experience was phenomenal. This is definitely a 5 star dealership. I would recommend Heiser to friends and family.

My wife was scammed at this dilership. She found the car that she liked, she did the test drive and started financing process. When she was pre-approved, they said that they can't to sell this car because that car was sold to someone else and they can find her different car but with different modifications. All sales department involved in this criminal activity even supervisor. Unfortunately we can't do anything with this. Just be careful and don't use their servise. There is a lot of nice dealerships with nice people and perfect service

I talked with a salesperson and told them I wanted a specific vehicle. I said I would pay cash for the vehicle if need be but would prefer to finance. The salesperson said we will just wait for the financing to get processed. 2 days later I was approved and they sold the car I wanted. I talked to Bob the sales manager and he said he would make it right. 1 week later and no response from them at all. I would not waste my time with this dealership!!This is their canned response: I want to assure you that this does not align with our company standards or expectations.If every review has the same type of complaint, then it is your company's standards and they are low.

I consider myself lucky to have found my vehicle at Heiser! I was in an accident and my car was totaled which left me anxious and panicked due to the car market over the last couple of years. Charlie and Kreyshia helped alleviate my stress and I walked away with an amazing car!A great team and amazing service!

I went in for service/maintenance on my vehicle today. While there was a bit of a wait time, staff were pleasant. Alex S. was the employee who checked me in. He had great customer service skills, very friendly, and updated me on the wait time in which services would take.

Great dealer, if you need a car go see Hutch. Unlike most dealers, Hutch and the team are straight forward with you and seek to make a deal that works for both parties. I drove out to pick up my 2022 explorer from detroit and they had me in and out of the dealer in a couple hours. Great dealer when I look for something in the future I'll be calling Hutch!

Do not give these people 1 cent to order a vehicle. I ordered a vehicle 9 months ago. It was supposed to be delivered in 6 months. It never came. I gave them a deposit to order the vehicle. I finally decided to cancel the vehicle and get my deposit back. I have called Heiser 3 times to ask for the refund of my deposit. They say they are going to send it and never do. After a month of lies, I now have to take them to small claims court and they can add fees and costs to the money they will have to pay. I wouldn't buy a scooter from these people.

I had the worst customer service experience I have ever had working with the service center of this dealership, in my life. I don't mean worst from an auto service center, from any industry, period. They have a blatant disregard for doing anything to make working with them at all easier, or convenient. This is true for every step of the process, starting from just trying to get a hold of them, through trying to complete whatever work you need done.I live 2 miles from this dealership and am going to drive the 14 miles to the next closest dealership to avoid ever having to work with these people again.
