Jeff, Bryce, Josh, Chauntell, and LJ were all apart of my sales process, and I cannot say enough about how kind and accommodating they were! The whole Lupient staff was very impressive, especially after being displeased with other dealerships along the way. I highly recommended doing business with them!

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! I traded in my 2018 Kia Stinger and i bought a 2023 Grey Stinger that they sold to me as NEW !! It had 5100 miles on it and was told it was a demo. The day after i bought it I noticed the driver side passenger door had been repainted . It did not match. Then i did a car fax and found out there had been a reported accident on this supposedly NEW car i bought. Was never told anything about this. I was pissed. Again sold to me as NEW ! I told them to find me the same car, model and color or i want all my money back. They found one for me but wanted me to pay some insane crazy amount more, like $12-$15,000 more. I said just give me my car back. Then they said i would have to pay $9000 to get my car back . For something that was all on them . I told them they were crazy . Then they came down to $4500 . I told them the same thing. So then i told them i was going to file a complaint with KIA and the DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION. (the D.O.T). Which i did . That got there ATTENTION !!. I ended up paying $2229 to get my car back. I only settled because of all the stress they caused me and i was scared to death to get stuck with a LEMON. The car was not running right also and i had no idea what other damage that may have happened in the reported accident. The D.O.T investigator got me $549 back. It was because they had charged me for something they DID NOT do !!! (Real Surprise ) lol.. Not for the money they charged me to get my car back. They told the investigator that was because of the market change. She told me that she thought that was crap also. As soon as i made Lupiant Kia aware of the car fax , they should have done the honest and right thing and given me all my money back .The D.O.T investigator told me she was going to see them about other things also. They SCREWED me. ( See how they try to defend any of this) . TERRIBLE PEOPLE and TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES ...... RUN !!!!!!!!

Donna in sales is awesome! Super responsive and answered all my questions very thoroughly. I really appreciated the effort she took to help me negotiate a better warranty on a higher mileage vehicle to help me feel confident about my purchase.

Paul at Kia Service was exceptional. And Alma at the front desk is the sweetest. Between the both of them I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was broken into and vandalized and Paul was sympathetic and assured me it will be ok. I could t have had more confidence in this dealerships work and trusted what I was getting back. I’d rate these two individuals a 10 stars if I could give that many. Lupient Kia had my stamp forever. Thank you and keep up the astounding work.

The sales man was nice and accommodating. But the Jeep was over sold. It was presented as a thoroughly inspected car. Tires are out of date and hard as stone. One went flat on the way home. Brakes turned out to be terribly warped. And the check engine light came on 25 miles out of town. Called to speak to someone and I got hung up on. It's a frustrating after sale. Understandable I bought a used car, so I should have expected this to an extent, maybe from a shady backyard used car lot and not a dealership. Would definitely not recommend at this time to buy a used car from.

DO NOT OVERPAY FOR A NEW CAR HERE; SIMPLY REFUSE TO PAY $2-$6,000 "MARKET ADJUSTMENT" OVER MSRP. Online, you will see only MSRP given for a new car, then told about the crazy over-inflated markup they currently have when you get there. If they don't take it off, be smart & walk away. Other dealers DON'T have this! Other than that, Marvin was a pleasure to work with; very professional & kind. Although, still can't explain why we had to spend about 4 hours there on a Sat. with literally not a single other customer there to get our deal done. Lots of waiting...

This was by far the best car buying experinace I’ve ever had!First of all this was the only dealership to give me an estimated time frame for the car I wanted that was reasonable. I called about 7 other dealership and they were all rude over the phone and gave me ridiculous prices and timelines for when the car would arrive (estimates).I spoke with Chantel over the phone first and then with Marvin to build and order the car I wanted. They were both fantastic!! I have no words. I finally met Marvin in person when my car arrived and he was the best salesman I’ve ever worked with. Honest, kind and explained everything so clearly.I’m so incredibly happy with my purchase, thank you so much.

I went there to purchase a new Kia K5 Line car with Donna, Donna was very kind. However, the next day after purchasing the car I found out that the front driver side auxiliary light was not working correctly. After a couple days I was able to take it to a local Kia dealership as Lupient is too far away. They determined the harness and light needed to be replaced and it would take approximately 1.5 weeks, for a total of 2 weeks of not having my new car. This is a major inconvenience, and should have never occurred. Unfortunately, Donna and Kia were not willing to compensate in the slightest, not something you should expect with buying a new car. Ultimately a very poor experience with Lupient Kia of Milwaukee, highly unrecommended. Try a more reputable dealership that looks for customer satisfaction and doesn't try to sell you a malfunctioning car.Lupient Kia let me know if you changed your mind and are willing to work with me, very disappointed.

Considered getting a car from here. Was told to fill out a form to see if I’d prequalify for a vehicle, with no hard inquiries to my credit report. Within minutes after completing this form, I got several notifications on my phone, due to new hard inquiries on my credit report from Lilienthal Kia of Milwaukee.While explaining this to the Manger/Owner, Chaun Favre, instead of taking responsibility, he just denied ignored & avoided everything I said.Proceed with caution going here.

Excellent salesman and dealership.After visiting an Illinois Kia dealership who tried to add on numerous unwanted and costly features, I found Marvin Campbell at Lupient Kia in Glendale. Marvin promptly answered all my questions and was honest and efficient in finding the exact car I wanted and giving me a price that felt comfortable without any pressure to add or pay for unwanted features. I highly recommend Marvin Campbell at Lupient Kia.

Marvin for the win! I am 36 buying a car for the first time. I arrived at the dealership with my 4 year old and could not have worked with a better salesperson and dealership. Marvin is a kind, charismatic straight shooter. We negotiated and I walked away with a Kia Sportage X-Line for a great price. The dealership was flexible and accommodating. Marvin has follow-up twice since my purchase (purchased less than a week ago) to make sure I was enjoying the ride. I might be a Kia lifer ? next will be the Telluride!

Marvin is epically amazing. He showed me the perfect vehicle for what I needed. I’d only give a 4.75 star as there was a few minor issues that have been easily fixed that weren’t noted on purchase but other than that it was a great experience.
