The store itself is great and the staff is friendly and helpful, but the day I went there they didn't open the store on time. The person with the key was running late, so I didn't end up shopping there that day.
I have been there before in the evening though and the staff is super nice. It's in a very walkable area, which is fun. Parking might be scarce by the store because there are a lot of popular stores in the area, but it's a really safe feeling area, so walking is fine.

The staff is so attentive it’s annoying. Like can I look at the cloths to see if I want anything. Let me envision the cloths. I get it. You need to engage with customers as this deters theft but find another way because I just ended up leavening. And then cloths are ugly and expensive. Lower the prices and make them cuter.

I was bra shopping. No one likes to do that. But LaDonna and Trinity at Lane Bryant were warm and welcoming. LaDonna knew exactly what size bra I needed. Julie then found me three bras to try on. They all fit me well. Julie really knows how to do her job, and found me a fourth bra. She even taught me the sister size. The bras are super comfortable. I

I order online and pick up here. I'm not a store shopper at Lane as it's hard to do so when there are always different employees here. Love the panties and bras though!!

Great shopping. Clean store and a place to sit if get tired . Found some great bras with the sales lady Laroma . Very helpful. I am happy and "the girls" are happy. Also lots of nice items on sale.

Online it says the hours is 6pm on Sunday. It’s 5:03 and it’s already closed. The hours need to be updated as it is a 20mins drive from where we live. Thanks
