Do not go here because they will LIE to you. It’s been OVER 3 weeks since my in-store purchase and I still have not received my contact lenses.During this timeframe, I’ve been extremely understanding and patient. However, when I called to check with them my order status, the girl named Paolo/assistant store manager flat out lied to me TWICE saying that she sees on the tracking # that it’ll be at my house by 7 PM at the end of the day each time I spoke with her. To her surprise, I already asked for the tracking number a few days ago when I called to inform them that I haven’t received my package so I got the tracking number so I can track it myself. Also, my partner works for USPS and you’ll always see the same thing with the same tracking number, but Paolo claims she saw something different on her end even though I said we have the same tracking information.They have put me on hold EVERY single time I’ve called. They told me twice during those calls that they’d call me back in an hour and NEVER DID.The LAST time that I called which was today on 2/24, Saturday, Salena put me on hold twice, and told me she’d give me a call back because she said she needed to research to get more information. I’m pretty sure I spoke to her before just for her to not call me back. I asked her what other information does she need that can’t be provided or looked up right away because at this point it’s been OVER 3 weeks, and I’ve received no help since they’ve been ONLY putting me on hold. All the information they needed was there. I explained the situation and asked for the assistant store manager/Paolo because Paolo claimed on 2/22/2024 that she’ll just expedite me a new order and yet has NOT. During the end of this call, Salena said Paolo did put an new order in and Salena attempts to give me a “new tracking number” for the new order that Paolo said she would expedite.TURNS OUT, it was the SAME tracking number of my order that never arrived. She attempts to LIE and say that my order/“the new order” will arrive by the end of TODAY.It’s been a long process with no assistance or clarity. They have not helped me at all. I do not feel comfortable having them assist me anymore on this purchase as I typically go to a different location and as they’ve LIED. I was better off continuing to order my lenses online or even 1-800 contact lenses. They refused to assist me on a loss package and do their due diligence with sending me a replacement. I hope this store learns to practice HONESTY & INTEGRITY.

If I could give them no stars I would...they used the wrong prescription for my glasses which were not cheap and the only way I can get the correct prescription is if I buy their warranty! Stay away and go somewhere else where you won't be scammed!!!!!Did the link that was provided and it went absolutely nowhere. I will have to pay more money to get the actual prescription that I should have had in the first place! This company is horrible and will scam you out of money. Go anywhere but here. Horrible staff and customer service!!!

My visit on 1/7/24 to purchase was handled professionally, as I ordered a new pair of glasses. A problem with an email promotion I had received was handled in a way that I was well pleased with. I’m looking forward to a timely delivery of my new glasses

The entire staff was superbly friendly and extremely helpful. I could tell my first time in the store that they all enjoy working their store together, like a well oiled machine. With their amazing selection, I definitely need my wife to help me buy only 2 frames this time.

Received an email at 9:57am to confirm my son’s appointment. I called 10 minutes later at 10:57am to confirm and was told but staff that his appointment was given to someone else and I am now required to reschedule. My son and I are returning patients with this eye doctor and the staff was completely unwilling to make this right. I do NOT recommend this office and willNot return.

I scheduled appointments for my children. Their equipment was not adjustable for their height. The tech needed assistance however the manager came in continuously to check on the status of the timing. The tech was annoyed and expressed her annoyance with the lack of help. My children were expected to sit on my lap and sit still enough for the exam. The appointment took way too long to the point where my kids became antsy. One child received a prescription and the other was referred to children’s hospital. The appointment was off putting and discourage me from returning. A few months I called another location to attempt to schedule my daughter for another exam as I didn’t have confidence in the prescription given. After speaking to the rep about my it appears to have been made a note about my children not being able to sit still rather than their lack of accommodations for children their size, I was asked to clarify if was the fault of the tech. I was offered a new appointment at the new location and reassured I wouldn’t have this type of experience again. I would have to pay out of pocket for the new exam due to the lapse of time (understandable). Ultimately to avoid any further awkwardness, I cancelled the appointment scheduled with the other location and decided to go back to Visionworks and pay out of pocket there as we’ve gone their for years and they were very accommodating to children.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience in the store. I was on time but the employees left me waiting in the front of the store while they goofed off in the back. While I was in the exam room attempting to talk with the doctor via phone/tablet the workers were so loud that I couldn’t hear the doctor. While filling out the “paperwork” I did not see VSP for insurances that Lens Crafters works with, I asked if they do and was told yes they work with VSP. When I checked out I had a $70 “co-pay”. I asked why there was a co-pay, the worker said LC is out of network with my insurance. I was told that it was my job to figure out if LC worked with VSP. When I said the other worker could have told me that when I inquired about LC working with VSP - “ oh, sorry” was the response. This is what you get when a company does not care about customers or taking the time to properly train and educate their workers - ripped off! I will never recommend Lens Crafters to anyone, I will not purchase glasses or contacts from them either. I advise all readers of this review to find somewhere else to go.
