Trash cans overflowing, card reader not working, no windshield fluid, and worst of all no toilet paper nor paper towels in the filthy restroom. Why bother to pay for a sponsored search result but not provide such basics, and expose themselves to honest reviews? If my store was such a dump, I’d want to hide it from view.

I’m giving it three stars because I usually enjoy this gas station. It’s approximately a 2-minute drive and a 10-minute walk. But for the first time, I had a TERRIBLE experience. A new employee decided to criticize me over a fridge door. As a regular, the door typically closes automatically. I think out of habit, I didn’t check. The employee insulted me and then complained about me tracking in salt inside the store. Saying, “I should've just kept the door locked.” It’s snow and ice out. It’s currently 12 degrees outside. Sorry if I shake salt on the rug meant to catch it. She was older and drawn on eyebrows and black boots. I definitely will not return anytime soon. Customer service is everything. Hopefully, her day is better, but customer service probably wasn't meant for her.

I don’t understand how it says it is open 24 hours and the doors are locked and some one is inside. She didn’t budge and there were multiple people outside. There’s no greeting, no explanation, no nothing.

The customer service clerk was so nice! Her smile was a relief from some people who act like you're bothering them. I appreciate her demeanor. It makes a difference.

No feminine products for cycle needs sold here apparently… which is pretty messed up considering it’s a common product need. How embarrassing to have to ask too and just be like… nope
