Could be called Moron mart. Worst meat department. Several times I’ve purchased Prime tenderloins at $34.00 per lb only to discover they were full of fat. Prime tenderloins should not have a 35% fat content. These employees don’t have proper training. The rest of the store is dirty and I am switching to Metro Mart Mequon and Sendiks. That’s a loss of about $15,000 annually for this store.

This location generally carries a good selection of products, although keeping shelves stocked seems to be an issue. Of course I am available to shop on weekends and evenings after work like many others and it is always busy when I'm there. If you can arrange to shop at off hours it may not be an issue.

The store smells disgusting. It's not the cleanest store that I've gone to. It was fully stocked and had everything that I needed. It's okay if you're going to be in and out.

I HATE THIS STORE, CANT FIND ANYTHING, I WALKED AROUND THERE LOOKING FOR GOURMET POPCORN ASKED 4 PEOPLE, LEFT THE STORE WITH NOTHING. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE! RIDICULOUS YOU WORK IN A STORE BUT AREN'T FAMILIAR WITH THE PRODUCTS.

There’s a theft problem going on here and the metro market solution is to take every customer’s ID and card information to be able to return items even if you have a receipt…this is sad and violation to people’s privacy.

I’m sick n tired of going into this store and it’s always congested with employees restocking the store.!!! There are pallets, carts, boxes you name it all over the entire store!!!!!
Making this very frustrating & difficult to maneuver thru the store. The hot cart is always disgustingly messy & low on food.
Chicken is burnt & dry most of the time.
Also many times items I’m looking for are out of stock because they are still waiting to be put out.!!!!!!!
Why can’t this store stock its shelves overnight???? Why is this store so dirty???
Majority of your employees make me feel like they’re doing me a huge favor being there. Rude, not helpful & they are too busy chatting with other employees to care about customer service .
I’m going to take my business to Sendiks until your co. gets this store on track.
I’d rather pay a bit more to get great service and the items I’m shopping for.

I did my shopping and I'm a receipt scanner, so I submitted my receipt and I noticed one of my B1G1F items didn't come off, so I returned to the store. I grabbed two more bottles off the shelf and took pictures of the sale. I went to customer service and the lady Natsaha was no longer behind the desk, she was walking away and she asked if I was heading there and I said, yes, and she's like, well, it's closed and had me follow her back to customer service. I explained that it was supposed to be B1G1F. I wasn't upset. It wasn't a big deal, but she made it one. She proceeded to tell me that it was buy 2 get one and I showed her the picture I just took of the shelf clearly showing b1g1f and she proceeded to say she didn't care what I stuck in her face it's buy two get one. I had taken a picture and had I brought two bottles from the shelf. I don't think she was listening at all and proceeds to tell me that I didn't tell her that the two bottles I brought were not the ones I initially paid for and that they were from the shelf, but I did tell her this she just has selective hearing because she was pissed about something. She proceeded to have an attitude for the entire transaction. I figured if I already paid for 2 there's no reason to do an adjustment on my payment when I can just get the 2 free and they just would need to do the adjustment on their end for inventory purposes. The entire transaction was disgusting. The way she spoke to me is not okay in customer service, especially with a label as manager. That's not the kind of person who should have manager as a label let alone employment in the customer service industry. I work in the service field, and if I spoke to anyone the way she spoke to me, I would not be employed. If shes that bent out of shape about having to do her job, maybe she should find something else to pay her bills. This was a 76th and Good Hope level experience.
I asked to speak to a manager, and she said she is one and I said yes, a different one, and she says "Oh you mean a store manager? " she knew what I meant and she had an attitude the entire transaction. I didn't expect it to start going smoothly from here and it didn't. She proceeded to have the same terrible attitude when Breck arrived. We spoke and he claims he'll have a talk with her, but I doubt anything will be done. It's a shame that the community has to put up with this level of horrible customer service when all they're coming to do is buy groceries to feed their families. As a customer, it is not my fault that your label/sale system printed incorrectly. That's not my fault, the attitude was unnecessary because I wasn't upset until she made me upset for how poorly she treated me. All that needed to be done was say "Hey, I'm sorry. It was mispriced I see what you're showing me. I will take care of this." Sure. She took care of it but with a huge side of bullshit attitude which was wildly unnecessary.
I live in an area with 3 Pick and Save/Metro Markets within my reach. Though this location is small and doesn't have the variety most do, I tend to like it the most but it has just hit the bottom of the barrel and I'll have to do my shopping elsewhere.
I took my time to grocery shop the first time and then I had to waste time returning to the store to get this matter resolved, because on my end, it's not accurate and I'm being ripped off and the person on the other end doesn't even consider that I had to take my time and gas to come back to resolve this issue and proceeds to give me grief and attitude because she doesn't like her job, she's not a nice person, she has a miserable existence, I don't know why but it's unacceptable to be treated that way. If your job is in customer service, you need to be friendly and approachable and kind.

Produce consistently getting worse, deli and bakery close at 5:00 on weekends. Always a long line of people at the self serve check out, never have full service check out lanes open. Very poorly run and employees are about as friendly as a pebble in your shoe. I’m done with this store.

Good grief when are paper bags with handles coming in... It is a hardship on seniors!! Also why is there no fresh soup .. the deli department is lacking containers with fresh foods! It's all set out and 'packaged'.. just not happy with this store! If it wasn't for such a nice helpful staff, I wouldn't go back!
