Do not go here! After being charged fees that could not be explained properly from my no fee account(supposedly they were changed mid-stream), to stopping in numerous times with absolutely no prompt follow up it was time to move on. It is not asking much for proper communication n a timely manner

I have been banking here for several years now. I am a small business owner and often have deposits with many checks. This can take the tellers some time, which is understandable, but they are always accurate, thorough and prompt. I have also used them for notary services, loans and money orders. I have always been 100% satisfied and feel as if I receive excellent customer service.

I am perfectly fine paying late fees and penalties. Gentleman in front of me had an issue regarding his account (which is totally normal), but the problem is there was only one teller staffed to assist his needs. Penalize me with late fees, but do NOT waste my time. If you want to waste your precious hours for a simple transaction, please bank here.

What terrible service. I manage a local business across the street and was in a bind in need of changing out a few big bills. They said they can't help me because I don't have an account. They assured they will never have my business for refusing to help a local chamber member.

I stopped in to the newest branch. This used to be a Chinese restaurant demolished and rebuilt to a modern, design look, tall ceilings. They had two tellers and two bank consultants. And a greeter. They were friendly and helpful. They were able to locate my account and give me suggestions for CD accts. The ofc had a look of privacy. That reminded me of a hospital ICU. Aluminum framed slider door with thick glass windows. This branch opened last month. The staff were still happy, even though the economy is still struggling. Refi loans are available. The bank is a good addition as I live less than 2 miles. Yay.
