Realty Executives Integrity is a great place to work. The agents are some of the nicest and most caring people you would ever meet. I recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell as I know they will be treated like family,

John E Drain followed me and my kid into Metro Mart. He aggressively flirted with me, continued to follow me, and gave me his business card. When I managed to get away, he started doing the same thing to another poor woman! If he is going to be a creep, maybe don't use a business card.

***BUYER BEWARE***Purchased a home in 2019 flipped by ABM Management & sold by Realty Executives Integrity Realtor, Dionne Barnes. I will NEVER again purchase or recommend a property sold by her or flipped by ABM Management. PLEASE HAVE ANY HOME SHE SELLS (ESPECIALLY A FLIPPED HOME BY ABM MANAGEMENT) PROFESSIONALLY INSPECTED BY MORE THAN JUST AN INDEPENDENT INSPECTOR!!! Have a certified inspector from downtown inspect the home to ensure EVERYTHING ABM did is up to code (metrics, leveling, etc). Have a certified roofer inspect the roof, a certified plumber inspect the plumbing, certified electrician inspect the electrical work & please have a certified carpenter inspect the work done on the interior (Most independent inspectors will not catch things inspectors who specialize in these areas will). The flipped homes by ABM look good to the eye but the work done on the property had MAJOR issues. Specialized Inspectors may cost about a thousand or so more but save you hundreds of thousands in the long run! When my realtor & I tried reaching out to Dionne Brown several times with questions she never returned our calls and when I finally called her from a foreign number she answered & advised me the whole crew (All of ABM Management) was out of the country & she would get back to me when they returned. SHE NEVER DID! In my opinion, this is a total lack of integrity! Hopefully, sharing my experience will help prevent someone else from making the same mistake I did. Selah

My husband and I put our house up for sale June 20, 2020. John D. from Realty Executives Integrity from Glendale, WI brought in a buyer. He seemed nice and friendly at the time. Since he was a Realtor he had his own House Inspectors (Hensiak Inspection Service from Waukesha) that he would get his buyers to use. He was buddy - buddy with the house inspectors and you could see that they worked together a lot as Realtor and house inspectors. After the house inspection he wasn't friendly anymore. Hensiak Inspection service just nit-picked our home to death but didn't find anything that was a defect that would have cancelled the offer to buy. When they worked together the realtor would bring in a buyer and the home inspectors would make-up so many things wrong with the house so the seller either would have to fix things or come down on the price. He was snotty to our Realtor over the phone when discussing the home inspection. Realtor John D. sent us a wish list that the buyer wanted repaired or replaced but that is all it was - a wish list. Nothing was a defect. Hensiak Inspection service made up so much stuff that needed repair - it was a joke. We were so mad about the home inspection report that we didn't even want to sell it to her. We had several other people that wanted to buy it, so it wouldn't have been a problem. We refused to do any of their requested repairs. The day before closing the buyer had requested a walk through - Fine. It was supposed to be a walk through to make sure that there was nothing wrong with the house before closing. We did a final walk through ourselves before closing and we found every single curtain, curtain rod and drapes thrown on the floor in the living room. We instantly called the Police because we thought someone vandalized our home the night before closing. My husband said hang up the phone, he said I bet you it was the buyers from the walk through. We called our realtor and told him what we found. He said that John D. and the buyer should not have touched anything, only to walk through and out the door. Our realtor couldn't believe that they ripped down all the window coverings and dumped them on the floor before the buyer even signed the papers to buy the house. If the house closing would not have gone through it would have been considered property damage. Beware if you ever deal with this realtor John D from Reality Executives Integrity located in Glendale, WI. And more important don't have anything to do with Hensiak Inspection service. They made up so many things wrong with our home that was not true it was ridiculous. Those two are in cahoots together.

Top notch Realtor! My experience comes with more chaos, craziness, and emotions from an amazingly difficult year that extends beyond Covid, civil unrest, politics... DJ spent countless phone calls and visits listening to my saga, my needs, and my desire to expedite the sale of my home. At one point, I was ready to throw my hands up, and he centered me. Every step of the way, DJ communicated with me. He took my calls, and was an ear of support. DJ took time to get to know me, my story, and empathized, the sale of my home came with a back story, and wasn't just a simple sale. It was a life event. I was not just a "customer" to DJ. I mattered. The sale was not without hiccups. DJ walked me through every detail. In closings, I learned, it is not uncommon for things to come up. Buyers are negotiating. Their lenders express concerns. COVID sneaks in and causes delays. And DJ handled every step professionally, and yet more like a long time friend. Selling or buying a home is a major event, whether you are up/downsizing, relocating, maybe there are health/family/work issues paralleling the move. DJ will work with you! I can not emphasize this enough. I have recommended DJ to my closest of friends should they come to a decision to move. And I recommend him to you!
