Would give ZERO stars if possible. After the death of an account owner T-mobile's customer service instructed me to go to a store and they would be able to help close the account. THE employee that greeted me admitted to not knowing how to assist me and needed assistance from the manager, Brandon, for help. Brandon walked over, instructed her follow the tablets prompts and "Figure it out." He then went and hid in the back of the store. Employee walked to the back of the store several times to ask questions of Brandon. Brandon after about 10-15 minutes reappeared and stated all they could do was done and to contact customer service. Had to travel across town, Chase location, and that manager, Vonna, solved the problem. STAY AWAY FROM BRANDON AND THE BAYSHORE LOCATION!

Would give a zero if I could. Lost my husband and wanted to close his business acct. Manager Brandon told his employee to handle it and when she said she never did it,she was told follow directions on iPad. He went into back room,to hide, she needed to go ask 3 different times what to do and then we were told to contact customer service. After 2 mo.and 7 or 8 people and a supervisor and still no action I went to store on Chase and Oklahoma. Vonna,the manager, solved the problem immediately. She was a gem and reinforced customer service. As she was solving my problem educating her employees. Brandon going to hide and telling the employee to figure it out is not good managing. I too was in the service industry. Brandon needs some training...

At first the service was really sad. I was not greeted when I walked in. About a couple of minutes a sales person can over and I told him what my issue was and he told me that there would be two hour wait. Then he walked away and started chatting with his coworkers. After waiting for about five minutes another sales rep came over to help. This is the second T-Mobile store that I have visit and the service is really bad. I am thinking of changing carriers. So SAD on all levels.

I was in the store today and was helped by the store manager Brandon. Not only did he help get us set up on my son's new phone properly he showed us how we could be saving money (legitimately) by switching to TMobile Internet. We have been with TMobile for 21 years. Today was a good reminder why...

AMAZING customer service and knowledge. Came in here tonight with an issue I've been dealing with with my Wi-Fi box for months. Other stores and the customer care phone number had no idea what to do. These guys figured it out in about 10 seconds, and had me out of there happy and with my problem solved shortly after. Shout out to Daniel, Chaz, and the whole team! This store deserves five stars, I hope I never have to go to a different T-Mobile store again!

I got there and asked what are the prices on the prepaid lines and literally the employee there answered with one word 60 and turned. And i know for a fact that they have more than one option of monthly data (GB). Plus it is more expensive than Version with a less quality internet and service.

Horrible customer service. This is just another reason why you shouldn’t use T-Mobile. I just wanted to return a home internet device and it took me 2 unsuccessful trips to the damn store with no help from this I store reps. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. USE VERIZON OR ANYTHING OTHER PROVIDER!!!!

I bought a prepaid sim card. It didn't work and when I went back to the store at 4:30pm there was a paper sign on the door reading "sorry, we're closed" even though there were at least 3 employees inside. Their hours online and at the entrance indicate that they should remain open till 8pm. I will no longer patronize this company if they are this UNPROFESSIONAL.

Friendly staff that makes sure you are well taken care of and enjoys your visit. They do as much as possible to ensure you are happy with them when leave. The manager takes care of and supports his employees and it shows with the service they provide.

IPhone was not charging.Went to this store Clerk stated IPhone OK but USB-A Cable not workingSo I purchased a new USB-A cable and. USB-C POWER ADAPTER.This Power Adapter does not fit my IPhone. Next time I will go to the APPLE STORE.Not Happy- I have to return it
