Super friendly staff and great prices for their services. They did a fantastic job grooming my dog and I'll be going here exclusively from now on.

My dogs have been cared for by these caregivers for 20 years and I would not have them elsewhere.

4 stars for dog boarding: nothing spectacular but decent.4 stars for grooming: good :)1 stars for cats: the review covers the deets.I used to work here. I just now saw on their site that they claimed that cats would be let out in a "romper" room with cat trees. This was not so. The cats were left in their kennels all day. We never let them out except to clean their litterboxes. Then I saw that they charged extra for 2 cats? 2 cats in a kennel all day....... I'll let you use your imagination for that. Please ask to see the kennels they use for cats before boarding at least. If you need boarding for a cat, go elsewhere, or hire a sitter off of Rover for about $20-40/day, which would likely be much less stressful for your cats. I would personally never leave my cat here.

This was our 1st time here! They are so kind and altho my dog probably didn't like what he had done to him, he needed it done and he was a happy camper afterwards! Me too! I can't wait to see what they do to him once he's groomed! Very reasonable, I only wish they would've told me that his nails and anal glands were included in his grooming before I had it done.

LOVE this groomer! Been going here for years and I am never disappointed with the grooming services for my three fur babies or the kenneling services. No place else would I use to have my dogs taken care of while I am out of town. Jody, the owner, and Tina, manager, are fantastic along with the other ladies that groom. Best in town!

I've been a customer of Trim Time for 5 or 6 years taking my ESS here for grooming but I will never return. Honestly, ever since covid happened, their customer service and grooming skills have plummeted. My issues with them started two prior to am appointment when they call me and say they will cancel my appointment if my dog doesn't have up to date shots which had only just expired within a month. I had sent my vet record in when I made the appointment two months ago to which they said it would be fine. Luckily I was able to get into see the vet on a days notice, so thankful for their ability to do that. Anyway, I dropped my dog off in the morning and confirmed with the receptionist to do a standard Springer cut and not follow the extra notes that were in his record from when he had some bad matting on a previous visit. I come to pick him up this afternoon and his ears are shaved! A lot of his feathering was cut very short too. Not at all a standard Springer cut. The owner was the person checking me out this evening, collecting payment before I could even see my dog, like they're hiding something. I challenged her on why he was cut like this and she is adamant that they were following directions and she didn't like the directions. She argues with me about it and is so confident like they did nothing wrong. In the end she says we aren't welcome back there and I certainly don't want to go back.BE WARNED: stay away because they can't follow directions and are consistently bad at communication, internally and with customers. Not worth the headache. As a follow up, my wife had called and talked to the owner after the incident that afternoon as well. The owner, after finding out she was my wife, got very rude and short on the phone. She then said she would refund our charge and that we aren't welcome back. Well, we never got the refund.

Mt puppy has been going to Trim Time since she was 2 months old. She is now 7 months old. I am so impressed with Mandy, who is Zoey's groomer! Zoey looks so well-groomed every time, and she is so happy after the appt. However. she likes to roll over in the grass and take out her hair ribbons ? ?

this trimtime grooming service for your pets is definitely not the place you should take your pets for any services. they let their animals out frighting other incoming pets and the receptionist was very rude insulted my name and hurted my feelings. i've never experienced so much crulety all the while i was trying to get my pet dog in for grooming services. they pushed me back letting 5 women who race was white ahead of me as a person of color, i felt bullied, they purposely crossed out my pet dogs name off the waiting list after waiting for over 7 months first without informing me they harassed my phone forcing me to bring in shot records telling me to give my dog unnecessary vet shots he didnt need making him sick and the rude receptionist was trying to be slick to ask me for my email at the last minute to cover herself still didnt care for him im very upset with this business & i talked with the owner jody and she was very rude and loud to me and told me i had to put my email down and that i would've known about their rules from which i didnt know about or had to provide any email address in the past and she went on trying to put me back on the waiting list telling me the position has been filled. she was very racist and as a person of color that i am, i felt very discriminated against cause she wouldn't even look at me all the while i was talking to her. i politely walked out so i will be calling the better business beauro. against her business do not take your pets here. this happened on 03/31/2023 at 10:56am friday. dalillrah goodwin

They were not compassionate enough as we would have expected for being a long time customer. It’s unfortunate. If the owner would like further details I can provide them. I spoke with a manager already. If she is the person I spoke to yesterday I don’t need to speak with her again. She wasn’t compassionate.

Did a walk in visit for a nail trim and paid $12. Super quick and easy when normally my dog is a pain about it. I had my vet email Vax records over ahead of time. Wouldve been a great experience but apparently I was a huge inconvenience to Tina at the front desk. She insisted that I should've called ahead to set up my account and verify that my vet records were on file even though it took her all of 2 minutes to put it in.

Dropping your furry family member at a place to stay while you are on vacation is always a tough situation. Bribe friends and family to do it maybe? HECK NO! Trim Time is the best! Our dog, Freya, has a lot of energy and certainly takes advantage of the play time with other dogs. Definitely better than getting a friend to do it. Trim Time is a life saver.

Trim Time does an awesome job hosting our rabbit, Benny, when we go out of town for vacation. He gets his own vacation.
