There was a young white man(didn't catch his name) that was working today(5/17/2022 around 12:30pm) . Extremely rude from get-go. I was trying to get a cashier's check, he appeared to be busy so I waited to step up to the counter until he acknowledged me. Instead he looks up and in the rudest tone he says "what do you want." I didn't even think about it at the time because I had a million things on my mind. Then I proceeded to ask for a cashier's check and instead of doing his job and being helpful, he's says we only do cashier's checks for customers,which btw the website stated something different, then decides to NOT acknowledge any of my follow-up questions. He caught me on the right day, because if it was any other day. I would've corrected his attitude from start. I'm not sure if you guys are desperate for employees, but my dog could provide better customer service.

By far, the SLOWEST service I've ever dealt with. No line in the drive through, yet waiting over 30 min just to pick up my debit card. Everyone I've ever dealt with working moves slower than a snail.

Terrible service always at this branch. Tellers are slow and rude. Called the branch to make an appointment and was put on hold for 12 minutes. Never picked up my call.

The banker Samuel was very rude, sarcastic, and appeared nonchalant about my concerns with my account. We are in the middle of a pandemic (COVID). We are all trying to get acclimated with the new way of living; however, Samuel left me feeling incompetent after asking what correct forms I would need to resolve my second issue regarding my business account. My original reasons for coming in were still not completed (after coming to my scheduled appointment due to the ongoing problem not getting resolved via the drive-thru service window). He blew it off as if he was rushing to end our scheduled meeting after 3-5 minutes of it beginning. The way he spoke to me was insulting. I felt throughout the session that I was wasting his time. Save yourself the hassle, and don't book an appointment with this location if you don't already know the banking system and what proper documents are needed.

Very slow. Don't know what they're doing most of the time. Drive up is a disaster. Went back 10-19-20 and it's even worse. Been here 15 minutes and no cars have moved in the line. None. They need new managers at this branch.

Atm never works. The drive threw is ridiculously slow. You'll sit at the speaker for 10 minutes before you're even acknowledged.

I am very upset, I can returns my keys and stop service with my box, nobody answered, I had appointments i am coming, but doors was locked.

It was my fault at first when I reschedule and then call for cancel but at least I call for cancel. The women answer phone for the appointment was so rude, she said “it is ok” and then hang off immediately without saying about rescheduling for me or something. She is so rude.
